Enjoy a spacious, inviting living area with a cozy lounge, a very comfortable sofa bed for 2, coffee tables and armchairs, plus a large dining table for up to 6 guests.



The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. A floor mattress for a child and a baby cot can be provided on request.



You’ll also find a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a pleasant breakfast or snack area, and a second bathroom with a large shower and toilet.



Outside, there’s a lovely front garden, a driveway for several cars, two covered terraces at the back, and a beautiful seasonal pool—ideal after a day exploring Périgord.



Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a few essentials to start your stay.



Wi-Fi and smart TV are available.
