"Our stay on Rice Lake with Adam and Bev was absolutely phenomenal and our group looks forward to coming back next year.From the beginning, the hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating during our booking and stay, especially when it came to being pet friendly and helping us navigating questions about accessibility for our friend on crutches. Bev met our group at the marina and was so helpful getting us, all of our gear, and our dogs onto the boat, over to the island, and off the boat, which was especially appreciated by the one friend on crutches. She gave us a detailed tour of the cottage, the property, and all the activities we could do, like using the watertoys like the kayaks and paddles, building a fire, or watching movies in the living room. The cottage was spotless, very private, and had everything a stay would need, including super comfortable beds. Bev was also kind enough to leave a welcome basket of snacks and local beers that our group raved about!An absolute highlight was the water, which was the perfect temperature for swimming, and the dock having a shaded corner to hang out in during the day. The sunsets were unbeatable which could be watched from the dock or up at the cottage, and stargazing from the dock and the fire pit at night was amazing."
