The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. The owner is very communicative and always responded quickly to inquires. This is a beachfront property and it is by far the best house we have stayed in at Las Gaviotas . "We really enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, perfect for a large family or group of friends that want to share a home with their own spaces. Location to the beach is perfect and a 1 min walk to the sand from the house. Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. "Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful 4-bedroom 5-bath house. It is right next door to the Rondo del Valle winery and the King and Queen Cantina restaurant and a short drive to many local wineries. (Our only complaint is that for some unexplained reason, we were asked not to park in the large concrete driveway. Instead, we parked across a small road in a dirt lot and carried our things in and out. It was raining a lot that weekend so mud was an issue.) Besides that, perfect! Thanks so much!"
