I cannot recall if there was an iron previously but we did miss this - perhaps a mini foldable ironing board and iron could be provided. The bedding is stained with old marks. Paint is peeling off walls in unit. No-one emptied dustbins over a 2 days stay even though we placed this outside. Wine glasses on the shelf cracked. Iron was rusted and marked out clothing. Remote control for gate not working. Did not need or want to hear Receptionist’s work history....
