We had a great stay over New Years Eve and the hosts were incredibly kind and quick to reply whenever we needed assistance or had a question. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet place only a few minutes walk into the downtown of Picton!

My family of 6 plus 2 dogs selected this property as we were attending (without the dogs) our nephew/cousin’s wedding at the Cape mansion a short walk away. The property location was not only perfect for the wedding but allow us time to stroll the main street of Picton to explore the various shops and coffee houses. There was one very minor glitch when were first arrived but after contacting the hosts, the issue was corrected very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Very impressed with the Hosts.
My family and I were only able to spend a night at this beautiful house as part of a road trip through The County and wished we'd had more time!
Not exaggerating when I say that this is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. It feels like a home from home because it is so well equipped, tastefully decorated and feels like a home you want to spend time in. We bought a few groceries to make dinner and it was so nice to be able to cook without wanting for any utensils, sharp knives, herbs and spices and the like. The kitchen and dining area are perfect and you could easily cook for and feed 6 - 8 people.
The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and the hosts provided a great information pack about the house and places to see - and taste - in the area. The bathrooms are modern and the large shower downstairs feels like a spa.
The neighbourhood is beautiful too, just a few blocks from the Main Street of Picton where there's an abundance of nice places to eat, drink and shop.
We hope to visit again - next time we will plan to come for a week and bring our four-legged friend along for the adventure.

The house is well appointed and, very clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to picton's main street with restaurants and shops. Many wineries and golf courses within easy driving distance. Great place for a peaceful holiday.
We attended a wedding at the CAPE. This location was a nice 15 minute walk, so no driving. Everything about this location was easy, clean and efficient. It was perfect. Nice to have a place to come back to that was quiet and relaxing.Thank you
