A historic 3 bedroom stay, located steps from Picton Main Street. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks and breweries! Whether you are a large family traveling together, or a group of friends looking for a spacious getaway with plenty of privacy for your group throughout this unique house plus loft! This is the perfect getaway home base to enjoy everything The County has to offer.

*Sandbanks Season Passes for guest use included.

This incredible property, full of unique architecture boasts a 3 bedroom main unit with 2 baths, a full kitchen, office, dining & living area. There is a self contained private 1 bedroom loft which can also be rented with private bath, kitchen, dining & seating area with can be rented Great for multi-generational guests and groups or families travelling together.

Picton is the largest community in The County. The town and the surrounding area are known for its Loyalist heritage, architecturally-significant buildings, quirky town hill and Main Street shops.

Step back in time with a trip to Macaulay Heritage Park. Catch a film or a live performance at the Regent Theatre. Sail in through Picton Bay to the harbour and marina, where you can dock and walk right into town. Fly in to the Picton Airport at Camp Picton, a former British Commonwealth Air Training base built in 1940. After you work up an appetite visiting lookouts, conservation areas and museums, then stroll downtown to the many pubs and restaurants serving up locally-sourced food, drink and live music.

Out of respect for our neighbours and the other unit, no loud music or loud noise/partying that would be disruptive to their enjoyment of their own properties is allowed. Prince Edward County also has strict noise bylaws in place during "quiet hours" (11PM to 7AM) and could result in a personal fine to you as the guests if not followed.
