The Vine House - Go to the vineyards!

Welcome to your designer county retreat! Set amongst fields and vineyards, this spacious four bedroom home is on 1.5 acres and less than a 5 minute walk to fantastic wineries including Hinterland (next door), The Grange and Trail Estates. Beaches and restaurants are also close at hand. The house is a 9 minute drive to Wellington, 13 mins to beautiful North Beach and a 30 minute drive to Sandbanks.

This house is newly renovated and professionally designed from top to bottom. It is designed with your fun and enjoyment in mind. A huge fully stocked kitchen with island. Four comfy bedrooms with luxury 700 thread count linens. Two spa like luxury bathrooms. A record player and vinyl collection in the living room. A reading nook, ping pong table and TV room with Netflix in the basement! It's got it all!

The backyard is HUGE and breathtaking. Enjoy dining outside at the two picnic tables and BBQ'ing on the Grill Turismo BBQ in the backyard.

Closson Road has 10 of the best wineries in the County all a short walk or bike away. A beautiful 9 minute drive takes you to Wellington and the Drake as well as all of the great restaurants and bars. For beach lovers the house is only a 13 minute drive from stunning North Beach Provincial Park and half an hour from Sandbanks. The included free parking pass will get you into both parks at no charge.
