We had a beautiful stay at this quaint, quiet boutique hotel. Nestled in PEC and about a 20 minute drive at most from everything you could need. Hosts provided coffee, tea, water and treats, as well as a fresh continental breakfast each morning. The grounds are scenic and well kept. Rooms are thoughtfully designed. Everything was as described. Next time we’ll have to meet Shawn and Julie to thank them personally for a lovely getaway weekend.

A lovely oasis in the country. Very peaceful. Lovely room and shower. Stayed 2 nights. 1st morning an abundance of snacks and fruit. 2nd morning hardly anything left. Keeping an eye on food supply would be helpful. Again 2nd day ran out of hot water in the shower. Would still recommend this location.

Quiet country escape. Peaceful, charming and welcoming. It's a little out in the country, no amenities without driving. Nothing is too far in PEC. The hot tub was fabulous, fire pit and back deck are very relaxing and top notch cared for. I enjoyed the full sky of stars and the perseids meteor shower. a fabulous stay

Beautiful property! Rooms were so quaint and beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Close to many wineries and restaurants. Great place to stay if wishing to bike ride. Wonderful place! It’s obvious the owners put a lot of love and care into this place.

Rooms were a touch smaller than expected, but didn't matter much since we were out and exploring PEC during the day. Conveniently located in wine country, very short drive to Wellington (La Condesa was great too). You can hear some movement out in the hallway but neighbours were respectful and quiet. Breakfast is fruits and pastries does the job. Some protein would have nice but not a big deal. If you're planning to get out to the provincial parks or Picton, note that it's at least 15 minutes each way, so if you plan to rest up mid-day, the driving adds up. Big area available behind the hotel with various activities (including a hot tub) but we didn't partake this time.

Shawn met us when we first arrived and gave us tips of where to go and what to see. It was really nice to hear his story of building his boutique hotel and his inspiration for doing so. Our room was very well appointed and clean. The morning breakfast was a nice touch. Very quiet as the hotel is in the country. We stayed only one night but would not hesitate to return.

Lovely boutique hotel in a very quiet and beautiful setting. The rooms are spotless, the beds super comfortable and everything you need is available either in the room or just outside the door. Check in is very easy from the email code sent to the keypad at the door. The outside amenities, tables , chairs, hot tub, corn hole game and BBQ are perfect! Great place to stay if you are doing a Prince Edward wine tour!

The hotel was super quaint and cute! There are only a few guest rooms but we had a wonderful stay and the breakfast croissants were soo good! I loved the little trvi fountain and the vespa - a great addition to the vibe of the place! Karlo Estates is just a 2 minute drive, so in my opinion, the location couldn't be better! Would highly recommend for a cute weekend getaway. Thanks to Julie and Shawn for being wonderful hosts!

Remote entry, so never saw the staff, but they responded quickly to a phone call and the continental breakfast appeared in the breakfast area at the set time. Rooms were tidy and great value. The location is out of town and not in walking distance to anywhere but recommend to anyone at this price point.

Charming, Clean, and Full of Character in Wellington We had a wonderful stay at Villa Di Casa and would absolutely recommend it. The place was spotless — really clean throughout, which made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. We loved the complimentary continental breakfast to start our days. Location was perfect too, just a short drive from several vineyards in Wellington, so it was ideal for wine tasting. What makes Villa Di Casa stand out is the character. The property is beautiful, with statues and an Italian fountain that give it such a lovely, romantic feel. A sweet surprise: they even provided small locks and an engraver so we could leave our own lock on the chain link fence. It’s those thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. If you’re looking for a clean, charming place close to the Wellington wine region with real personality, book here. We can’t wait to go back. Rating: 5/5

Absolutely beautiful little boutique hotel. Our room was stunning and very clean, the views were stunning, the morning pastries and beverages were fresh, delicious and plentiful. Check in and out couldn’t be easier. We will definitely be back in the future for more visits to this beautiful little retreat
