"the breakfast room was excellent. the only problem I had was that the fridge in my room, located on the floor, would not close completely. I ended up wedging a coffee cup lid under the door."

"Dirty bathroom floor. Cleanliness in elevator and hallways was lacking. Good breakfast. Super clean and helpful in the breakfast room."

"Not enough parking for all guests. Very burnt electrical receptacle in the room. Dogs in kitchen cooking and eating area. Host was aggressively negative regarding other businesses in the area using language that was not family friendly, had questionable hygiene particulary with no handwashing between handling dogs, her hair and food she was serving guests. No railing on stairs. Laundry messily piled in guest areas. Would absolutely not recommend this establishment. "

"We were not aware that people & animals were living in the house at the time we made our reservation.Had a woman below us that, verbally threatened us, entered our ‘suite’ twice without invitation & screamed at us for being up late & talking (no security between downstairs & upstairs for us I tied a rope to this door knob to the stairway hand railing so as the door could not be pulled open again, but it was! Also no locking door between shared laundry & our suite used a chair to secure this door, lol) In the 8 days we stayed here, the RCMP were at this house several times because of the woman below. On our last day of our stay, apparently the latter situation was resolved by the removal of the woman from below.With regards to the house: no internet, no cable/sat because the Starlink system was not operating.The master bed was a great place to rest, 5 star. En suite shower control plumbing requires a rework, be careful adjusting the hot water.House was nicely decorated with an oceanic theme.Important Note: our hosts did try their best to remedy some issues, to them I say thank you but we should have been informed of the situational problem that we were walking into."

"Room was dirty, there is no way you could tell me the sheets were changed since the last visit. No elevator. Pictures on the sites did not match reality. Not enough towels Avoid this place!!!!! "

"A charming place by the water Because of some miscommunication we only stayed one night out of our planned 4 days but not their fault and they went over and above to make sure we were refunded from Expedia. Next time book direct. We will certainly stay next trip to Rupert to visi family "
