Just passing through and wanted an affordable and comfortable place to spend the night. Clearly an older building, but everything is clean. No complaints!

Very clean room. Rented a small boat from them and took our dogs with us; they loved being on a boat! Beautiful views of the water and assateague lighthouse right from the property, especially at sunset. We paid for the water taxi to take us to a secluded beach for a few hours. We were last in Princess Anne 25 years ago, and were thrilled to note this time that it now really celebrates its history, with leaflets detailing historic trails and locals keen to show us attractions like the ornamental gardens and old churchyards.
