The location of the hotel is very nice. I felt more than safe here. I was expecting a little more from the room given the pictures. The room was tolerable and great for the limited time we were there. I do think the room could benefit from a little touch up (looking a little worn). The staff were very friendly and happy. The lobby area is maintained beautifully. Overall, I would return. It was a good stay.
Everything there was very clean and the staff was lovely. The pool was open until 11 PM so we got to have a late night swim before bed and they’re a little snack. Stand came in handy.
Everything was good considering I checked in at 10pm. The pool could’ve been warmer but it was comfortable, the breakfast layout was very misleading. More should’ve been included in the stay since we shared everything with over 200 guests for a Mary Kay event that was going on. In most settings buffet style breakfast is set up for free available, buy my guests and I paid over $100 for a basic continental breakfast among 4 of us. The staff looked stressed with having to accommodate so many people with limited help. Nice stay, but definitely could’ve been better.
The staff was very friendly efficient and helpful.I misplaced my charger for my cell phones.I asked the front desk staff to charge them and they did fortwo days.I eventfully found it.But they were very helpful in assissting me.
We stayed one night and had a wonderful time. The hotel smells so nice, our room was spotless and the staff was attentive. Although, the outdoor poor is a nice size it wasn’t as clean as the rest of the hotel. There’s also some construction going on which was loud around the lobby area. Lastly, its easy to hear noise from the next room and halls.
The hotel is family friendly everything was excellent and clean, with lovely green areas. The only downside was that the pool had so much chlorine that it could irritate the skin.
Thought the hotel was very nice for the price. The value was great. The food at the restaurant was good. The rooms were comfortable. Would go back if I was in the area.
Wonderful staff and hospitality - I hadn't been to property in years and they were in the midst of what I understand is very long renovations - however, it didn't impact my room experience or dining or outdoor pool.
I was surprised at the last minute rush of new visitors over the July 4th weekend so it was suddenly very crowded in this Adult Bar/lounge/Lobby undergoing renovations, and Pool, but still manageable.
The staff was superlative and Shira and Aliah at the Lounge/Bar were exceptional in their service. I'd love to return at another time and by then full renovations complete.
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was up to par with cleanliness but the only draw back since there were renovations no indoor pool and the outdoor pool was open but didn’t seem clean to use.
