3-room cottage fully equipped - Malpeque

3 bedroom cottage in the heart of Malpeque. Close to popular tourist attractions. 15 minutes from Cavendish. 4 minutes to Sandy beaches including popular Cabot Provincial Park and 5 minutes from Twin Shores. Cottage has a new kitchen and stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Washer and Dryer included. Enjoy a new deck off the bedroom and watch sunsets over Malpeque Bay. Quiet walk to the shore where you can enjoy swimming and Kayaking (not provided). 5 minute walk to local Café.
Air Conditioning in the Master Bedroom and good breeze in additional bedrooms.
Internet included
Satellite TV and DVD included.

Note: bedrooms are on the 2nd story and the bathroom is on the first floor. This has been an issue for a couple of people over the last 4 years. We have included a picture of the stairs for your convenience.

Lovely clean location close to the water. Could use a bit more furniture but very comfortable. Great kitchen. Quiet area. Would recommend as long as you don't mind descending stairs for the bathroom.

Excellent property

The cottage was very clean, it had everything we needed, the location is great. Communication with the host was quick, check in/out was easy. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in the area.

Great experience! Located close to all the beaches and easy to get to any other destination we wanted. The Property owner was available to answer questions and or concerns we had. We didn’t have a long stay but everything was great! Took the kids to the beach close by and they had so much fun. House had everything we needed and close to a lot of places.

Perfect Getaway!

We stayed for two nights and wish we were staying more! Located just minutes from Thunder Cove Beach. Checkin was easy and the rooms were spacious, clean and had A/C which was nice on the hot nights. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed and it was amazing to be able to wash and dry wet bathsuits and clothing in the machines. The street is quiet and lovely to walk on. We would definitely rent again!

Lovely home base

Todd is very connected in aiding to accommodate a smooth stay. I had no issues personally. My parents thought the upstairs was a little warm and wished there was another bathroom. It’s nice to come home after sightseeing and make dinner in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed 8 days and were sad to leave PEI. Thank you Todd for being warm and welcoming to our needs.

Great second stay

This was our second time booking this cottage in Malpeque. It lived up to expectations. With 3 bedrooms, there was plenty of room for 4 adults and a 5-year-old. Being two hops from the beach is super convenient for unpredictable maritime weather and anything you could want is within 30 mins. There was an issue with the internet/satellite, but Todd and his sister were super responsive and had the Bell technician come out the next day (it turned out that the modem and satellite box both had to be replaced, I do not see this as a reoccurring problem for future guests; but it shows that the owner is able to handle any issues that arise without problems).Thank you again for the wonderful stay.
