Many rentals on the island smell musty and are outdated. Treat yourself to a luxurious stay. Step inside and you’ll notice the brand-new vinyl plank flooring, designer paint colors, & carefully curated finishes throughout. Kitchen features new cabinetry & quartz countertops. Both bathrooms have been completely updated with elegant tile work. The spacious primary suite boasts a huge walk-in shower that feels like your own private spa.

I’ve stayed in Princeville 6 different times and this is my favorite vacation rental. It’s spacious and clean. My family of four was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Princeville. The entire unit felt completely brand new — every detail of the renovation was thoughtfully done, from the modern kitchen and stylish bathrooms to the comfortable furniture and high-end finishes throughout.The two-bedroom layout was perfect for our group, giving everyone plenty of space while still feeling cozy and relaxing. The condo was spotless when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach chars, umbrella & cooler, a well-equipped kitchen, and great air flow for the island breeze.The location was unbeatable. We loved being close to beaches, walking paths, restaurants, and all the natural beauty of the North Shore of Kauai. Mornings on the lanai with coffee and evenings watching the sunset were definite highlights.The hosts were responsive, welcoming, and clearly take great pride in the property. This was easily one of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale stay in paradise!
