Great Condo

Our family had a fantastic time at this condo! The artwork was beautiful, and they literally had everything we needed. It was a great location looking over the cliffs. Will definitely come again!

A Outstanding Stay

Me and my family had a absolutely outstanding stay. The views and artwork were beautiful! The house came with many great amenities and it was a easy and quick process to contact Billy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a amazing stay in Kauai, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This home made it hard to leave.

Beautiful!

We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday with our friends! The condo is beautiful with perfect views from every room and so well stocked. We even saw multiple whales during our stay! Art was so kind and super responsive. We look forward to visiting again!

Summer vaca

This place was everything and more. Billy O and Tiger made sure we were taken care of the entire trip. House was fully stocked and then some. Beach chairs, coolers, extra backpack and so many other things. Great place and even better hosts.

Totally Awesome

The property is nice well taken care of and exactly what we were looking for. Awesome views of the ocean from every room. It was clean comfortable and spacious with plenty of amenities and extras… too many to list. You will also have access to the secluded turtle cave. The entrance to the trail is just a minute walk from the property.

Fantastic spot!

An amazing spot! We spent a week here with our three kids. The building are neighborhood are very nice and quiet. The pictures can’t do the ocean view justice. Even on days when our kiddos were wiped out, we just sat and watched an endless stream of whales swim by while reading on the lanai.As others have mentioned, the little extras are too many to mention. Even as we were packing up we were still finding little things to make your trip easier and more enjoyable. The art, comfy furniture and beds, the swimming pool we almost always had to ourselves, and ease of the grocery store and restaurants around the corner made us feel at home from the moment we got there. And for those with little ones, the cliffs outside unit are more of a gradual slope that includes a thick 7-8 buffer of vegetation so we never worried one bit when they were playing outside. I didn’t quite know what to expect from the pictures so thought it might be worth sharing here.And, of course, the hosts are fantastic. We hope to be back here soon! Don’t hesitate - it’s a true gem of a spot!

This condo is fantastic and had everything we could have possibly needed for our Hawaiian getaway! A blender for making our own pina coladas, awesome beach chairs and umbrellas, and even boogie boards! We had a blast.

Well stocked and comfortable

Wonderful location full of amenities! Probably the most well-stocked condo we have had. All the supplies, utensils, towels and beach toys are provided. From boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels- even straw sunhats. The Foodland is a short drive away and has everything. Numerous great dining options are close as is the beautiful Hanalei Bay. An outstanding vacation. Highly recommended. Also, communication with the owners was prompt and informative.

Fun time with the family

The property was perfect! From check in to check out, we had a great stay. We were a party of four so both bed rooms and the sofa pullout were used. Even with the pullout, we never felt crowded. The unit was very well stocked with all the necessary dishes and every spice under the sun! The description online was completely accurate and we had a lovely stay. Very easy to get to, in a great neighborhood and 5 minutes to a grocery store. And we had the extra bonus of being able to the whales in the distance. It was spectacular.

Perfect location & gorgeous views

We loved our time in Princeville at this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with drop dead gorgeous views! It gave our party of 5 plenty of space to spread out. The condo complex is attractive & quiet, with plenty of parking and a nice pool area. The unit is beautifully decorated and offers comfortable furniture. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything one could need, including an extensive supply of spices, ziploc bags of every size, & trash bags. The hosts provided ample paper products - toilet paper, tissue boxes, & paper towels. We were especially impressed with all of the sports/activity gear provided - yoga mats, tennis racquets & balls, snorkel gear, boogie boards, free weights, pool noodles, pool towels, insulated picnic bag, & even reusable grocery bags. Should we be lucky enough to return to Kaua’i, we would definitely return to this condo!

Amazing condo with incredible view!

When we walked in this beautiful property we collectively exclaimed "WOW!" Inside and outside was gorgeous and awe-inspiring! First, the view! I could have spent all day on the patio watching the waves! We were there during big surf, and while we didn't see any whales, watching the waves was mesmerizing! The inside of the condo was just as delightful! So much to look at -- fun & incredible art everywhere! The kitchen was upscale and perfectly stocked, lots of towels and beach gear for use. The beds were all super comfortable -- even the sofa bed did not get a complaint! Location was excellent -- walking distance to Princeville center (we walked to the Farmers market on Saturday), the food trucks at the Westin a couple blocks away were an unexpected treat, and the condo was the perfect launch point for North Shore exploring. The host was communicative and accommodating . Highly recommend this property!!
