The room was beautiful and staff were very kind! The only annoying thing was that we weren't able to check in until 4:45pm (even though it states check in was at 4pm, which is already later than most hotels). The front desk said it was because of a lot of late check outs, but the brochure they gave me while I was waiting specifically said that late check outs were not available. The woman next to me also said the last time she stayed there, she wasn't able to check in until 5pm.

Loved the pools. Easy access for kids to have fun and great infinity pools and hot tub with views. The blended drinks were great. Had pina colada and daquiris. We really enjoyed our 7-night stay at the Westin Princeville. It was recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint. It was always easy to find chairs at the pool, no matter the time of day. The poolside service was also great! Our villa was clean and comfortable and well-serviced. The concierge helped us book a couple of tours and had some good tips. They also opened the market store for us so we could buy some food, after we arrived late and very hungry. Only thing we didn't like was the $30/day charge for parking. I would recommend a stay at this property.

I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer.
