    The Space:

    Admire unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, the mountains, and iconic Bali Hai from Hanalei Bay Resort 8233. Unlike most top-floor condos, this one is accessible just eight steps above ground level, giving you all the advantages of the top floor without the need to climb three stories to get there.



    Thoughtfully remodeled in 2019, this condo features air-conditioning, new appliances in the kitchen, and a private washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom, while the loft offers two queen beds in a separate, semi-private space for additional guests. Not only will you enjoy wonderful views here, this condo is perfectly situated for taking advantage of Kauai's trade winds. This is what spending time in paradise was meant to be!



    Hanalei Bay Resort is one of the premier properties on Kauai. Nestled on 22 acres along the beautiful coastline of the North Shore, the resort abounds with tropical foliage and amazing views of the green mountains, waterfalls, tropical sunsets over Bali Hai, and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. In this spot overlooking Hanalei Bay, you'll be steps from a white-sand beach located below the resort.



    Originally built as a tennis resort, the property still features some of the finest tennis facilities on the island. Enjoy access to eight tennis courts, a tennis pro shop, bell and shuttle service, beach gear rentals, a lagoon-style saltwater pool designed for family fun, and a quieter, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Hanalei Bay Resort also boasts close proximity to many North Shore attractions, shops, and two of Kauai’s best golf courses.

Prime unobstructed views and an updated home that has everthing you could need!This home was updated and new! The view from this condo has pristine private unobstructed views. We cooked did laundry relaxed on the huge lanai and had all the conveniences of home. The property as usual is pristine ! The staff friendly and helpful. Be mindful that if you arrive early they will not store your luggage and the walk to the condo although beautiful it is far from the parking lot and there is a steep hill , you have golf carts that you can call guest services for that will bring you all around the property including the beach and you will definitely need for getting luggage to your room. But its location adds to its private feel when you are at the condo.

The view from the property is much better than depicted in the online photos. Our favorite part was having coffee on the lanai in the morning and seeing the countless species of Hawaiian birds and listening to the surf. The view is breathtaking. Easy to get around the property worth golf cart rides provided. Pool was never crowded, hot tub amazing. Will definitely be coming back. The condo was clean and had everything you need for your stay…again the pictures online do not capture how nice it really is.

What a view! Fantastic views of waterfalls, bay, ocean and sunset!!! The condo was perfect and worth the short walk to the parking lot. Loved having the air-conditioning. We loved staying on the North side of the island as it is so amazingly beautiful! Host contacted us often to see if we needed anything. Resort was great and had access to a private beach with lots of shade. We stopped by Costco for their great selection of spirits, wine and food, then to Walmart for a few other food items (both close to the airport) before heading to the condo. We would definitely stay in the same condo again.

Perfect condo in Princeville

Property was beautiful. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The views and lanai were perfect— and a good workout to get up and down to the beach :) It’s a hilly property but there are golf carts to help check in and check out, which was great. I’d stay here again.

Stunning views, best for Summer

The property, goodies, views, and check in were perfect! I did learn that in the winter the North shore is less hospitable for swimming/activities, so think this would be best for Summer since the drives did end up a little long. Since it was one of my questions the AC is two mini splits, one at the loft and one in the master, both with remote controls.

This condo was the most amazing place you could ever imagine for a special family vacation for 4 (3 adults and teen). The condo had everything we needed plus the extra games, body boards, bamboo blankets, and beach umbrella was great for accommodating our week long stay. I definitely recommend this condo if you want beautiful views from your own pri ate balconies off the living space area and the main bedroom. It felt so good to wake up open the curtains and see the mountains and bay right there from the condo. Thank you for a fabulous place to celebrate our 20 year anniversary ❤️ This is one for the books for sure!!

We had a great time at Hanalei Bay Resort and this unit is fantastic. Inside the unit was great and the pictures do not do justice to the views from the lanai. Essentially unobstructed views of the water and mountains. A perfect spot to watch the sunset each night. We were initially a bit surprised that the resort is set up so that you have to park and get a golf cart ride to your condo with your suitcases, etc. But, once we got settled, it was not a big deal. After that, we got some rides and chose to walk the rest of the time depending on how tired the kids were! The two beds in the loft were great for our kids (9&11) to have their own bed. The only complaint we had was that the swim up bar in the pool was closed. It sounded like there was some sort of ongoing issue between the restaurant and the bar. In any case, it seems like something that HBR needs to figure out as it would be nice to have that open again.
