Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite washroom. Second bedroom has queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a main washroom with bathtub and shower.
High speed fibre optic internet is available.

The property is approximately 6 acres and registered guests have private use of the property during their stay as well as use of the private path to the the lake.
You are welcome to use our kayaks at your own risk. Please put them on the kayak rack after use to prevent the kayaks from being washed out with the waves.
The paddles and life jackets are in the shed.
The kayaks are put out usually in June until October with weather permitting. The Bras D'Or lake usually takes 2 days to settle after strong winds or other weather conditions.

Please do not bring salt water from the lake in the sauna as this will damage the heating elements. Use only water from the house.
Please do not bring glassware to the hot tub area. We have plastic patio dishes and cups for outdoor use.
Please do not bring electrical devices to the hot tub area as you will risk electrocution.
We do have a security system at the cottage with one camera facing the driveway. The driveway camera helps us to secure our property between reservations when the home is vacant and is in no way to invade our guests privacy.
