"La casa è molto bella e confortevole. La posizione è comoda, a soli 5' a piedi dal centro pedonale di Procchio e dai negozi del borgo. Molto vicina al mercato settimanale ed alle strade che portano a Marciana e Portoferraio. Comodo anche il parcheggio della proprietà. Un altro plus è l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Come contro, penso che la casa abbia un prezzo un po' alto per gli accessori ed i servizi che offre (ma il mercato all'Isola d'Elba ad Agosto probabilmnete lo permette). Mi ha...
