  • Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A two mile drive to Acadia's sister park, Schoodic Peninsula. The much quieter, less crowded park. Schoodic Point has been said to be quite possibly the prettiest spot in all of Acadia National Park. Only 10% of Acadia National Park visitors make the visit to Schoodic Peninsula. Experience coastal Maine without the crowds! After a day of exploring return home and relax out back in the hot tub.

Very clean property!

This property had everything we needed for our stay near Acadia National Park! It was very clean and had some thoughtful extras - like a cooler that we used to take lunch into the park. While the location is a bit of a drive to the MDI portion of Acadia (1 hour), it is very close to the Schoodic portion of Acadia. Schoodic Point was beautiful and not very crowded - don’t miss this part of the park!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, spacious and clean. My only suggestion would be to have table lamps on the nightstands in the bedrooms. Currently there are just overhead lights which make it impossible to read a book in bed at night.
