"This was the PERFECT spot for a weekend getaway! We came with a group of friends and very much enjoyed our cozy stay in this cabin. We especially loved the peaceful view of the lake, the unique design touches in the house including real birch tree accents and vintage cabinets, and the fire pit outside. The place was clean and well maintained and we all slept like babies. The host was also wonderful, very responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This place is gorgeous! The owner, Michelle, was very responsive and wants you to have the best stay possible. They thought of everything you might possibly need for your stay and more. It was super clean and ready for our stay on a moments notice. We reserved it on Thursday and she called about 15 minutes later to let us know the outside wasn’t ready for the season but we could still stay knowing it wasn’t ready. She still had bikes, fire pit and kayaks for us to use. The view was gorgeous and you could sit in the cabin and see the views from there with the big windows they have or you could sit in the many different areas outside to enjoy the view as well. We were very pleased with our stay and how responsive she was. She messaged us the day of to let us know things were ready and to make sure we had the code and the WiFi password and knew how to get in and that we could help ourselves to whatever was in the cabin. Great place and would strongly recommend!! Thank you!"

"Pam was very friendly and welcoming, and helped answer any questions we had during our stay. The home was lovely with a beautiful yard and lake front. We had fun hanging out on the dock, and doing some water activities. "

"It accomplished exactly what we needed pet friendly, time away to just hangout with friends and family without the distractions of work and life.However, in one of the bedrooms there were a dirty pair of pants let in the room on the floor and a pacifier from the previous people on the ground. Also, we came in the winter, so I am assuming the summer experience is excellent, but during the winter, at least, the water was untreated and smelled so bad that people chose not to take showers and brushed their teeth with bottled water."

"We stayed in October, and there was no activity on the lake, so it felt like we had it all to ourselves. I recommend arriving before dark, we had a slight problem finding the place and then the cipher lock didn’t work. The owner was very responsive and reset it remotely. Once inside, we discovered the water wasn’t working. The owner sent a plumber the next morning to fix it. But till fixed, we had no water the first night. We hauled water from lake for toilet and we had brought drinking water with us that we used for drinking and cooking. Would of been nice if owner would of compensated us something for inconvenience. Despite the rough start, we loved the place. The view from the living room was beautiful and the kitchen was very well equipped. One note: the ad says, “Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.” However, the VRBO bill also included a stay tax, service fee, and cleaning fee. A few suggestions: a bigger TV would be nice, maybe just because it was football season. And some storage containers with lids for leftovers would be helpful in the kitchen."
