One of a kind beautiful bungalow located on the Prosperity side of Lake Murray. This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Enjoy the majestic views of Lake Murray from the living room, the kitchen, or the super quiet screened deck. Deepwater year-round, and Amazing fishing right off the dock. Great stay

The property was exactly as described, and very clean when we arrived! The dock was perfect, and the boat ramp is just two minutes down the road in the same neighborhood! Screened porch is where we spent most of our nights, a great place right on the water..highly recommend!

This place is awesome, and great for a dog that loves the lake!

We loved our stay, and would love to come back and stay again! We had everything we needed, communication with owner was fast also. Great location, Martins landing is right out of the river from the house.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint lakeside retreat! The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly tucked away to offer total privacy and relaxation. Surrounded by nature and just steps away from the water, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee on the porch or unwinding by the lake in the evening, every moment felt rejuvenating. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful, quiet setting!

Great property

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. House is clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and everything needed was provided. We especially enjoyed having our lunch on the dock overlooking the beautiful lake. Would definitely choose this property again in the future.

Great views and great location

Property is great for a getaway. It is close enough to stores and restaurants if you need something. House was clean and essentials were furnished. Dock is great for fishing or just sitting and watching the water.

Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. It was also nice to be near our family in Chapin to visit.

Lake Murray

The stay was fine. We were grateful for an early check-in. Enjoyed a beautiful boat ride on the lake and lunch at Nacho Margaritas. Our dogs enjoyed the dock and lake. The house was ok. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and more care taken. Large grill was falling apart. Fire pit had all kinds of junk in it. Litter around dock. Basically it needs some TLC.

Fishing Lake Murray

Turns out this creek arm was filled with bait, stripers and it looked like a lot of Crappie fisherman I fished for largemouth bass and caught some, seemed a little earlyWT 49-50 degrees but i caught some very large stripers on light line and great fights.

Anniversary getaway

My wife and I were looking for a nice quiet place to getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary and this place was perfect. The screened in patio was fantastic to sit and look out at the lake. Very piecefull. There are several parks located around Lake Murray that you can visit. We went to Dreher Island state park and did a 2 mile trail hike. It was nice to walk down on the dock and do some fishing too. You get that out in the country feeling, but still close enough to several grocery stores for all your needs. Carlos was quick to answer any question that I had. Great communication.

Tight spot

I asked the manager could I wash my clothes and never did give me the code to the shed so I can wash my clothes I didn't have enough clean face rags. Didn't have enough pots and pans to cook with and I did see few bugs.

we liked it

my wife and her sister liked it, i liked the location, but i thought there were things that could be fixed before our stay there. the one screen door was sticking all the time, and was sometimes hard to open. the other screen door the screen was coming off the door so we had to buy tape to try to keep it up so we would not get bugs on the deck. and there was a leak in the roof, so we had to move around the 2 person chair and the tv on the deck so they would not get wet.and the remote on the deck for that tv would only turn on the tv, it would not do anything else. i know this is small stuff but it made a difference in my eyes. thank you for having us.

Sunset Lake stay

Carlos was a great host, and very easy to get in contact with. the property was just as pictured but photos can’t capture the quiet, serene views you get from the screened in porch. The house was very clean inside, and had everything we needed. The grill, laundry and boat ramp are 3 great perks of this house. Will definitely stay again.

Great Little Place

Communication was immediate and excellent before the trip. Check in was simple. The place smelled and looked amazing. There was a kayak already there but we brought our own and out on the water we went. The week consisted of swimming off the dock, fishing off the dock while the boys took the boat out—- you can park the boat at the dock or up in the grass and reading on the dock. We did bring a canopy tent that we put up on the dock since it averaged 100 degrees before the humidity. We had all our meals at the house and the grocery store was only 15 minutes away. It only rained the last night and it was a doozy that came up fast. The porch was great but a ceiling fan would have made it perfect as we sat on the porch to work on a puzzle that was already at the house.

Very nice and clean .would recommend anyone who is looking for a few days of rest and relaxation this is the perfect spot only thing was neighborhood dogs came in the yard at night and pooped not the owners fault but beautiful get away .hope to stay again

Great Place for Fishermen

Property is right on lake with a nice dock in protected cove and you are only a very short drive from the boat ramp. It’s easy to back a boat trailer or 2 in and you have outside power. Carlos is an exceptional host he is immediately responsive to any needs. The description lists a room with a double bed and 2 singles but there is only 1 single so if you have four you should bring a cot or use the sofa. Good experience and would stay here again.

Murray cabin

Overall good place, most places have a better grill and much better cooking utensils. The cleaning fee would prevent me from staying there again.
