The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleaners were lovely and polite too. The room was exactly like it was advertised on the Expedia webpage. All I would advise is you double check that the studio delux room has a balcony as our one did not.

The Royal Apollonia truly feels like home. This is our fourth visit in just one year from New York, and every stay is just as special as the last. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always making us feel like valued guests the moment we walk through the door. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options that we look forward to every morning. Everything — from the service to the atmosphere — is warm, consistent, and truly relaxing. It’s a place we keep coming back to with joy, and it never fails to disappoint. Room wasn't ready for my arrival but Kuna (hotel manager) was very prompt in making sure room received a deep clean after I had returned from beach walk which is 5mins from the hotel

Housekeeping noise since 8 a.m. i paid 10 euros extra for one more hour but i received so many calls asking me to check out at 12 when I already paid to checkout at 1pm. Then housekeeping tried to enter the room. I ended up spending the whole hour answering the phone and explaining that I paid 10 euros extra for late check out. I also heart my food in the sharp shower rail. I took a photo and showed it to the receptionist.
