"L'Isle de Leos is a fairly new hotel and spa in I'Isle sur la Sorgue and it is spectacular. The property, the staff, the spa, and the location are perfect. It's an easy walk to everywhere in this beautiful village, and after a busy day shopping the many antique shops along the quai, the spa is exceptional with a heated pool, multiple water therapies, dry and steam saunas, an "ice room," and a very cool water "gauntlet" with varying temperatures flooding you as you walk through. While we did not dine in the hotel restaurant (a somewhat limited menu), the breakfast is worth waking up for. Highly recommended! "

"We had a great time in a lovely, well-equipped and spotlessly clean house. In spite of the extreme heat for most of our fortnight, the house managed to keep relatively cool and the swimming pool was an absolute joy.The town was at least a twenty minute walk away which in the intense heat proved too much for us! However we loved L’Isle sur La Sorgue and the beautiful surrounding hill villages. A special thank you to Corinne and her son."

"I would say excellent (five stars) because of location and the house was pretty good, but a few snags:1. No handrails in stairwell from the third floor to second2. No house handbook to tell what to do with the garbageThere are three ways of disposing of different garbage,botttles, paper and plastics, and general garbage, all indifferent locations. Only garbage itself was told to us.3. No instructions on washing machine usage. A handbook would have been great.4. Outside doorhandle is quite different from North American doors. No instruction (and it is complicated).5. No number on the house. We had to ask neighbourswhere the house was. It is actually down a laneway tothe front of the house and the driveway.6. The management people speak no English, written isdone by Google translate, person to person was difficult.7. We had difficulties with the wifi which was difficult torectify, because they answered the phone in french and we only speak english, so it took several days before itwas fixed. Ultimately we had to go to the tourist office so they could speak in french to the management peopleabout the problem.Ultimately, it is a great house for a group of people, 10minute walk to a lovely little town.Our only real instruction about the wifi was a scrap ofpaper with the password."

"This was one of 6 properties we stayed at during our 32 day vacation in France and it was by far the worst. We chose this so-called 4 star property because of the excellent 8.6 rating and beautiful pictures on Expedia. The reality, unfortunately was totally different : the apartment we stayed in (the 2nd one after we asked to switch) was in a worn-down, dilapidated condition with mold in the shower, black mold in the shower vent, rusted toilet seat hardware, a clogged shower head, mold on the wall next to the kitchen countertop, an open garbage bin under the kitchen sink, a defective fridge, a worn-out sofa bed in the living room, etc… See pictures. They speak for themselves. The apartments in this country club are a far cry from the description and beautiful pictures on their website and on Expedia. The pictures were clearly taken years ago and no longer reflect the deplorable condition this property is in today. And I’m not just talking about the apartments but also the roads on the property which are full of potholes and the weeds which are growing everywhere. This property is in urgent need of a complete overhaul/renovation. P.S. No comment on the golf course. It looked fine from a distance but we didn’t play golf during our stay."
