Beautiful old hotel which has been kept up and in great condition with free cookies. The basic room was huge with great pillows. Free Breakfast with made to order omelette and fresh fruit! Would stay here again in a heart beat. Plenty of restaurants you can walk to.

We had another great stay at Hotel Providence — our go-to hotel in the city. Everything about it is perfect! We love the location (minutes to walk to the PPAC), the decor (so cool!), and all the friendly staff. Special shout-out to the smiling faces at the front desk; Racquel, Sebastian, and Elizabeth. The staff was so friendly across the entire stay. Everyone was fantastic! The room was clean and it was a lovely historical hotel, but the staff really went above and beyond. The only downside was that there were people outside that were on some elicit substances and there was a fight involving dogs while I was there with my two young daughters. It did make me feel rather unsafe. That is more location based, nothing against the staff or the hotel.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Providence. We had a gorgeous suite and the bathroom was spacious. We were blocks away from the convention center which made travel there convenient. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They need more staff for the restaurant but the staff they had were working hard to accommodate everyone. Breakfast was a nice treat. We will stay there next year.
