We go here very frequently and take our pet too. The hotel rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is very good too with an omelette counter.
Nice clean, good sized room with everything we needed. Excellent location too - every good valet experience with our car. Will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The front desk, restaurant, and valet staff were all very friendly. The location is great for seeing a performance at PPAC, and our room was comfortable and clean.
In life, you take the crunchy with the smooth... this is an eccentric place, and I loved the decor and artwork inside. The room was not huge but decent sized and wasn't shiny and beige like other newer places. The heater is very loud but outside is very quiet. It's in a very convenient location, the staff was awesome, the breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it served the purpose. All in all, a fun place to stay and I'm glad we chose this instead of one of the large chain places.
The hotel is excellent! Note, there is no parking for the property except valet. There are lots nearby, but the surrounding area looked a little sketchy as we arrived at night and were unfamiliar with Providence. The next day it seemed fine, except there is a church that must provide services to homeless across the street. Many people were huddled outside the building and there are several boarded up businesses nearby. But, we really had a great stay and a beautiful, comfortable room!
They had hot chocolate with an assortment of toppings which I thought was cute. Valet was amazing and easy even though appearing not that much room to park. The tv in my room did not work, but I did not tell them or ask them to fix. Room was comfortable.
