As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down. You have to wait a long time for the hot water in the sink (trick is to run both kitchen sink and bathroom sink at the same time, to get it startin'). And the shower only occasionally give you the temperature you want. That said. For this price (100 $ a night) I guess I got what I deserved. The bed was good, the kitchen was large and OK equipt. It takes 35 minutes to walk to the railway station.

This third story apartment was perfect for my families needs. It was clean and the neighborhood was very friendly. The bakery on Chalkstone Ave has amazing bake goods, I definitely recommend staying here.

Good clean property

Parking was great, apartment was clean, bathroom small, not enough hooks on doors to hang clothes or towels, ground floor sensor lights didn’t work, stairs are steep, challenging with groceries and luggage.

Do not stay here! Unsafe and sketchy!

Was glad we arrived in daylight so we could see that the neighborhood was unsafe. Logged our carry-on up three flights of narrow, winding stairs to have the code not work. Never heard anything back from the host. Stay far away.
