"When I checked in they did not have the room that they were supposed to available for me which was already an inconvenience. They did not offer any alternative or anything to apologize for this, just told me I'd be in a service room and hope that's okay because that's all they have. The shower was not working which I did not find out until I was getting ready in the morning and was not able to get anybody to come fix it quick enough before my event, and the reception staff was not very friendly in general. At checkin the person just kept reminding me how everything cost money here, It was not a very professional presentation! The rooms very spacious and clean. The windows are very thin and sounded like they were open, wind, traffic every noise was very apparent. The property looked nice but with he service provided at checkin I did not feel like experiencing any of the amenities."

"Overall a great stay! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Hot Tub and Espresso machine were out of service when we were there, but won't sway me to not book again in the future. Enjoyed our stay!"

"We had such an amazing time here. Brittney was so helpful and resonded so quickly to our questions. She had excellent recommendations for places to eat. The beds were super comfortable and everything was really clean. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The owners were exceptional at communicating with me before, during, and after our stay, without being intrusive. The house was immaculate and cozy, and less than 5 minutes to everywhere we went. There were 5 adults staying and the house was perfect for our family group. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Everett."
