  • Luxury Private Villa (4 bedrooms - each with ensuite bath and walkout) centrally located and perched on a ridge in an upscale private neighborhood, overlooking Grace Bay. Stunning ocean views and just steps from a mostly private beach. Well equipped with many amenities and private heated infinity salt pool. Close to all shopping and activities. Beautiful city skyline views night and day, with occasional firework displays to light up the sky. We have recently refurbished the entire Villa inside and out!
    PERFECT LOCATION for everything you could want:
    - Top spot to snorkel from the beach at Grace Bay with walk-up beach dining
    - Quick 4 min. walk to relaxing beach where our private beach chaises and umbrellas await
    - Quick 3 min. drive to IGA supermarket and pharmacy
    - Quick 6 min. drive to Salt Mills Plaza at Grace Bay - shops, restaurants, nightlife
    - Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and beach areas
    - Keyless entry doors and gates
