Memorable Family Vacation - Highly Recommend

This is a very nice place. just off the beach. We brought our family of 6 comfortably for 8 days - we wish we could have stayed longer. Ben and his crew were present daily and incredibly helpful and kind!!!Thank you so much! My family enjoyed this time away! Perfect find!!!!

Amazing stay

We had such an amazing stay at this property with our family. It was the first time our 3 kids have been to e island, but my husband and I’s sixth. If you are wanting a peaceful and calm stay, this is a great place.

Loved it! Great spot on the beach, clean, convenient. Wesley was great! Great access to kite boarding beach along Long Bay. Access to the Shore Club was a plus for dining.

Dream Home

Great location if you have a car and can drive on the left. House is fantastic. We had a great time using all the water toys provided from the kayaks to the paddle boards to the pedal boat. Hosts were thoughtful and kind. We are definitely coming back and staying on Wesley’s properties!

kiteboarding on long beach bay

We stayed here for a kiteboarding trip. Despite the fact the wind didn't cooperate, it was a lovely stay. The place was clean and its location right on the water was great. Their are some sharp rocks and shells you need to be careful of with kites, we eventually figured out you could walk a little down the beach to set up. The team was super responsive and Sam came and built a bonfire for us, which is a must do during your stay. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully next time we will have more wind!

Beautiful inside and out. Everything you need. Pool, kayaks, masks. Some nights there were no-see-ums out by the pool. Grill was in bad shape but we didn’t want to spend time cooking. Cushions showed some wear but this is ocean front. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens including beach towels plus washer/dryer. Can’t wait to go back.

Great stay

This was our third trip to Turks. We wanted to stay in a house instead of a resort this trip on Long Bay Beach. The house met our needs but I did have higher expectations on the water sports equipment. Most was broken and had to mix match pieces to make it work. All four of us could not go out together. The beach is always amazing in Turks, you do have to walk down a ways to get away from some of the sea life (seaweed, conchs, stingrays, and jellyfish) in the small cove at the house. A plus from that is it's very quiet and breaks the wind. There was a constant beeping from the security system that did not go off the entire time we were there and the safe does not work. We still enjoyed our time here and liked have the pool and beach combination!!

Beautiful location!

What a beautiful place to stay on the island! It was wonderful to start out mornings on the screened porch or to have coffee on the beach and watch the wind surfers! Truly a relaxing vacation. The house is very cute and the outdoor space has everything you could want. Wesley and Tatum were great hosts, making sure we were comfortable and even helping when our car rental fell through. We were content to stay at the house for a few days because the beach is right at your doorstep, but you will definitely want to rent a car to get around the island! One thing we didn’t realize is that there is a path that connects to the beach that people use yo come through the property. It wasn’t a busy pathway by any means but we were startled several times by strangers appearing out of nowhere. All beach is public access so nothing to be done about it, just good to know! The beach can be a bit shelly and rocky when the tide is out but we found it easy to walk in up to our thighs with ease when it was in. This is not the crystal turquoise waters that you’ll find on Grace Bay so if you’re expecting that you might be disappointed, but the water was still beautiful and view amazing. Would definitely return!

Spectacular holiday

This was the first visit to Turks for me and most of our group. We are 4 women who have wide global travel experience with many VRBO's on our list. We found Silver Palm Cottage to be the best part of our trip and the Turks and Caicos is fabulous so that's saying a lot. The cottage was just perfect. It's location right on the bay at Long Bay Beach could not have been more pleasant. While there are plenty of beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters in Provendenciales the cove here was such a wonderful secluded spot. Wesley was a great host with very good open communication lines and very helpful. Ben, our onsite property manager, stopped by daily to clean the beach, care for the property and take care of any needs we had. The house was complete with a very well stocked kitchen although breakfast and happy hour snacks was the most cooking we did. What made the property so memorable was the well stocked supply of water and beach toys. Just a mere step off the porch was a pedal boat, paddle boards, kayaks and more. Take your pick and have a go in the calm waters. Or watch one of the many kite surfers. Do bring water shoes as there are many shells. Perfect for the avid shell collector. Walk for at least 2 miles along the shore for a bit of early morning exercise. (Maybe more but that was our limit each way). Then there's the shared pool with beach towels to use. Sparkling clean and a fabulous moon lit area (if you're lucky to experience the full moon like we did) with hanging lights for ambiance. On the property there was many different seating areas whether seeking sun or shade, lounging or alfresco dining on the screened porch. Comfortable bed and nice seating area inside as well. Large bathrooms with plenty of stocked towels and a washer and dryer just in case. We opted to spend a few days of our 1 week holiday right at home at our own paradise at the Silver Cottage. Sooo Comfortable. The only problem is now we are spoiled and trying to duplicate this great experience at other far away islands doesn't seem to be an easy task. Book this venue and enjoy every moment. You will not be sorry...

This is a lovely beach house and Wesley was very responsive. The house is on Long Bay and very secluded which we loved not being right in the middle of Grace Bay hustle. You absolutely need a car to get around as there is almost nothing to which you can walk. The Shore Club is walkable along the beach and they have two wonderful restaurants. Our favorite meal was at The Almond Tree. The beach behind the house is not really a beach. There isn’t room to play and the water is literally up to your ankles and eventually your calves when you get about 30m out. This is a perfect spot for a family with young kids. Beach access to Grace Bay is close and very easy to get to. Firepit is AMAZING! The outdoor bed is such a dreamy addition. the pool is perfect for kids and just hanging out. The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook and we enjoyed many meals at the house. The screened in porch was not featured in pics and it was so great for dinners and early morning reading. The beds were SOOOO comfortable and bathrooms downstairs were very updated. The upstairs space is a little weird. Very tight spiral staircase where at the top you will hit your head on the ceiling unless you are under 5ft. The bathroom is only a toilet and pedestal sink but the room has a has a sitting area and truly is perfect for kids to have their own space. We really did love the house and are grateful for Ben who helped us with our fire, keeping the grounds nice and just being a kind presence.

This property was exactly as advertised. A wonderful place for our family to stay. We had five adults and we head room for probably a couple more if needed. The house sits a few feet from kite boarding beach on Long Beach and you can walk this beach or wade out into the shallow water. You can even see the water and beach from the pool. We had plenty of room and everything you would need for your vacation at the house. The owner, Wesley, was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions up until the day before we left and even after if we had any questions. When you arrive one of the nicest people you can meet, Ben, is the property manager, and he will help you in anyway possible during your stay. There’s no doubt in our mind. If we go back, we we are going to stay there again.The property is also very close to other beaches in the shopping area approximately a 10 minute drive. There you can find coffee, shops, and souvenir shops, and nice places to eat. One other note that I wondered about when I was looking at the property, we did not see any mosquitoes not one. I don’t know if it’s because it had not rained in a while and it was dry or if it’s always that way, but I can tell you we can’t prepared with bug spray and didn’t even have to get it out. Our family gives this house a 10 out of 10 in every aspect!

VRBO on beach in provo

Small but quaint. Absolutely perfect location though. Beach out back was steps away from the water. Everything in the hose worked as advertised. Only complaint was that we had 6 people staying and there were only 4 coffee cups. Ben and the other staff brought us more but it took a couple of days.

Amazing Vacation

This is the perfect vacation spot! The beach house is literally on the beach. It is quiet and very well appointed. The views are amazing! Everything you would want to do at the beach is provided. Wesley, it was our pleasure and we hope to see you again in the future!

Beautiful vacation home

The home and location were perfect for our group with small children. The pool was great and waking up and walking out to the beach was so peaceful each morning. We enjoyed using the kayaks and relaxing in the bed on the beach. We were just a short drive to Grace Bay. Ben and his team checked in on us regularly and kept the beach nice and clean each day. Everyone had a blast and would definitely come back again. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to book beachfront with a pool.

Great House

House was perfect! Clean, well stocked, & nicely appointed. Love the screened in porch & plenty of toys for the beach. Right on the water! Only downside was its the South side of the island so the water is shallow for miles. Great for windsurfing & jet skiing but not great for snorkeling & swimming. Overall great house, great vacation.not great for swimming & snorkeling.

Perfect place for friends and family

We rented both houses on the property to celebrate our anniversary with our family and friends. Everything was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. We could easily walk to the shore club hotel on long bay beach for bars and restaurants. The kiting was fabulous we launched right from the private beach . . And there was lots to keep our non kiting friends entertained .. stand up paddle, kayaks , swimming pool, comfy bed in shade etc.our hosts were very responsive to handle issues as they came up and they were able to accommodate a late checkout on departure day. We will be back!
