This was a great spot! Lucas was very responsive to messages. The place has everything you need— beach chairs, cooler, towels, toiletries. It’s in a gated location close to the marina and the beaches. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Our condo was awesome. Plenty of room for husband and I. We used the kitchen and it was well stocked. It is about 10 min walk to the beach. This beach is easy access to smith reef. We were able to see turtles and some cool fish. It is not a difficult walk but if you plan on bringing stuff like chairs and cooler, it would be great for owner to add a wagon. Just look up east access on Google Maps to find beach access. We took the beach chairs to every beach we went to. So this was great to have. Or you have to pay to rent a chair on the beaches that offer them. Condo had everything we needed. The pools are very basic and not covered at all so they were hot. Not refreshing. We didn’t come for the pools though. It’s all about the beaches. We also felt very safe. Gated entrance and security. The only issue we had, which was a really big issue. We didn’t get our check in instructions before check in. I had to call the owner via WhatsApp after trying to call the number in vrbo. It was very frustrating and honestly made me worried that the booking wasn’t legit. And then mad. Not a great way to start off our vacation. I don’t know if he forgot but he didn’t even acknowledge the issue. And then said he was about to hop on a plane and be unavailable for a while. So it made me wonder if I had not called, would we have been stuck out. Check in instructions should have been provided at least 30 min before check in time, if not sooner.

La Vista Azul ,Lovely private getaway

La Vista Azul accomindation,were absolutely gorgeous and very private ! We loved our location and nearby beaches around the area including our visit to Grace Bay .We would highly recommend visiting La Vista Azul , because we certainly enjoyed our 9 Days visit, and we plan on returning back next year for my Birthday.

I highly recommend staying at this unit. The unit is Very clean, located next to the hot-tub and the pool. Lucas, the unit owner is very responsive and gave great recommendations of how to make the stay even more enjoyable.

What was not to like? OMG 😱 the place was beautiful. The decor was perfect. It was very relaxing to come home to after a day at the beach. The amenities that Lucas and Aurelia had were the icing on the cake. Looking forward to our next visit 😃😁

Very nice, clean, comfortable and relaxing!

The studio is immaculate, updated, and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the shower was really nice! We enjoyed swimming every night in the pools and relaxing in the hot tub. Everything about the property is really wonderful. I would not recommend staying here unless you are going to rent a car. I think the walk to the beach is just too difficult. We had a car for the 10 days we stayed and it was reasonably priced ($462) from Grace Bay Rentals. I would definitely stay here again, it was heaven!

February 2025 trip

The unit is very clean and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. The grounds of the property are nice and the pool decks are large and never crowded. We rented a car which I would definitely recommend to get out to visit multiple beaches that Providenciales has to offer. The location was great for dining with multiple good restaurants easily within walking distance.I booked a massage with Jana, whose cards are in the unit, and we definitely recommend her!!The only downside to our stay was that the hot water wasn't working for half our stay, making for cold showers. It would have of course been better to have had this remedied right away but we did not get much response from the host until after we left. Other than this issue I would recommend staying here.

Anniversary Vacation

The unit was nice. Everything you need to go to the beach is supplied. The grounds nicely maintained. The pool and hot tub also nice. The concerns we did have are as follows: 1- The owner needs to learn how to manage his side of the Vrbo. Instead of editing our original booking to update our new arrival and departure times, he created a new booking which created many problems and errors for payments and check in. 2- I informed the owner about the bathroom sink not draining because the stopped was getting stuck & when it would open and drain the pipe under the sink was leaking. The owner did not reply to the text I sent to the number he gave me for communication; I then sent the information through the Vrbo inbox and finally received a reply. He obviously didn’t read properly what the problem was as he sent a bottle of drano. 3- He gave attitude when requesting more toilet paper. We only had 1-1/2 rolls when we arrived. 4- The power went out twice, the water shut off without notice, and the hot water stopped for over 24 hours. We stay at many, many, Vrbo so we are familiar with good and bad units. This is not a bad unit but the owner needs to be better.

Great place

Good location and the kitchen has anything you'd need. Keyless entry means you don't have to carry around a key everywhere. Woukd definitely stay here again
