Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo at The Grandview on Grace Bay Beach (sleeps 6 plus infant). This 1850sq ft condo, is located on the second floor of the upscale 18 unit Grandview development, which occupies one of the finest stretches of the world famous Grace Bay Beach. Being a corner unit at the quieter end of the development, it benefits from additional window light, and a large and more open covered terrace.

The development has a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room on site, and many great restaurants are within easy walking distance. About 5 minutes by car, there is the well stocked Graceway Gourmet supermarket, and plenty of boutique shops. A larger supermarket is located about 10 minutes away. A paddle board and two kayaks are available for your personal use. The condo comprises of the following amenities:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Fully equipped, new renovated open plan kitchen with large countertop areas and ocean views!
- Open plan dining area seating 6, with ocean views.
- Living room with sectional sofa, 55” LCD TV, Cable TV, Apple TV and Alexa.
- Outdoor Covered Terrace comprising dining table (seats 4), 2 lounge chairs, gas grill.
- Large master bedroom overlooking Grace Bay, as well as patio doors opening directly on to the oversized outdoor terrace.
- Second bedroom as either one king bed OR two twin beds.
- Two kayaks, two stand up paddle boards and children's beach toys in private garage (must be returned to garage after use). A selection of life jackets are provided.

Amazing stay, spectacular view and location!

We absolutely loved our time at The Grandview! Rachel was a highly communicative host and Adeline the property manager was so helpful! The location can't be beat--right on stunning Grace Bay beach, walkable to town, next door to a good restaurant. The condo itself was beautiful and roomy with a great balcony, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and unbeatable views. We especially loved watching the sunset from our beach. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

Great Vacation!

Loved our time at Grandview. The location of the property is perfect. We were able to walk to many places for lunch and dinner. It’s also close to several shops. Adeline was wonderful and very helpful!

While the views at Grace Bay speak for themselves this location right on the beach is fabulous. Everything was exceptional. The checking procedures and communications with the manager were extremely clear and easy to follow and the unit itself was just perfect. Very clean and spacious this unit was just what we needed for some down time at the beach. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away to T&C.

Perfect Condo on Grace Bay

I would highly recommend if you are looking for a perfect place to stay that is quiet and not on one of the larger resorts. The property manager was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is ideal - probably the nicest beach area in Grace Bay and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

A perfect stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and spacious condo. The Grandview property is smaller and more private, which allows for a more relaxing time away from large crowds. Great beach location with a number of dining options within a short walking distance. The host and property manager were both wonderful. A great experience overall!

Awesome condo and location

First time visiting Turks and Caicos. Grandview condo is perfect spot on Grace Bay with many dining options with in walking distance. The ocean view from the condo is amazing, better than the pictures. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. Uncrowded, never a problem getting a lounger/umbrella at the beach. Local people were very friendly. Owner Rachel was helpful and booking was very easy. Host Adeline was great and helped with any questions or dining options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRANDVIEW!!!

Perfect in Paradise

The property manager was beyond responsive and attended to all of our needs. The villa was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The view is incredible. We have stayed many other places on the island and this unit equals or exceed any other vacation home.

Killer OCEAN view, access, location and CLEAN!

AMAZING condo with an OCEAN VIEW steps from the beach and a pool and hot tub on the ocean side. Do yourself a favor and save money on the resort costs and get yourself an ocean front view and balcony. You can walk next door to resorts for dinner or just a short way down the beach. Wonderful service from the concierge suggesting restaurants and activities and super easy check-in process. Highly recommend!
