  • This 2nd floor Coral Gardens condo is located on the islands best snorkel reef, this is an UPDATED 1050 sq, OCEAN FRONT SUITE directly on Grace Bay Beach, with a spacious balcony and sunset views of the beach, ocean, and island. This suite has a fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, powder room and bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom with shower, as well as pullout couch with gel memory foam mattress (sleeps 2). DEVELOPER MANAGED GUEST SERVICES OFFICE ONSITE...If you book with us you get complimentary 2 x 20 min de-stress massages on a 7 night minimum stay.

    Beachfront restaurant and bar- Somewhere Cafe, offers breakfast, lunch & dinner.

    Light construction is currently underway at the neighboring Andaz Hotel, with limited impact. The completion date is sometime in May/June 2026.
