Exceptional Villa in a Superb Location

This villa was exceptional, very clean, and well-stocked with everything needed. The layout is very comfortable and the outside area with pool was lovely. The beds were great. It is an easy walk to an uncrowded beach. Driving to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores was an easy 7 minutes. The owner responds quickly to inquiries.

Even better than the pictures!

Great house. Roomy and well laid out. Nice high ceilings. Pool , with towels included. We were able to practice our snorkeling before going to the reef down the street. Everything we needed for beach enjoyment was at hand. Took two fun fishing trips with MnJ charters who were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay at Barefoot Palms again.

We had a great time at Barefoot Palms! We loved the location and walked to the beach almost every night for sunset. Kids loved swimming in the private pool at night after a day of exploring the island. There was no need for a hot tub because the pool water felt so warm at night. An added bonus was the discounts we got with local vendors for excursions and car rentals, as well as all the extras that came with the house (e.g., beach chairs/umbrellas, coolers, etc.). Beautiful property very clearly well kept. Walkable to beaches, quiet wonderful neighborhood, perfect backyard with a grill, loungers, couches, tables, umbrellas, pool, and laundry room. Owner, Ramona, so helpful, responsive and just a sweet gal ready to help if needed. The kitchen well equipped with quality pots and pans. Only thing I didn't have was a meat therometer but absolutely not a deal breaker. I would stay again and again. Driving anywhere on the island is not far and fun to explore. I liked being on this far end of the island made it feel so homey and not touristy. Beach not crowded and very clean and quiet. Best of the best!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT HOME!!

The best way to explain this house, is not to picture a rented home, but your best friend letting you borrow their beach house. Everything was perfect- the spacious rooms, the comfy beds, the relaxing pool, and everything you needed was there. Ramona made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to cook, grill and store all of the food we purchased. None of the furniture was a mismatch hodgepodge like most rentals...this house had beautiful, comfortable furniture and heavenly bedding. All of the beach chairs were like new and all of the beach towels we needed were there. Ramona checked in several times before we left to ask if we needed any recommendations for restaurants etc and it made the stay awesome. This house was one of the highlights of our stay and cannot reco it enough.

We stayed at this home for a week! It was perfect! A perfect location… all of the essentials provided at this private home. Fans in every room, security system (although we felt very safe) Had a pool and a tiki bar! The beach is a 5 minute walk… basically had the beach to ourselves! Absolutely stunning waters… turquoise… most beautiful we have ever seen! The house is perfect… 3 bedrooms/2baths, washer and dryer which was great for washing beach towels. Had beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc… no worries about bringing anything like that. Also had all of the kitchen essentials… so glad to have everything and not have to buy miscellaneous items. My daughter found this home on VRBO. We have always booked a place to stay with beach front views, but seeing the pictures of the house and pool area we decided to rent it. We were not disappointed from the minute we walked in the door. House was clean, decorated beautifully and had everything you need on a vacation stay. The pool and tiki bar just made it that much better. The short walk to the beach was no problem, we enjoyed watching the sunsets from there. It was a peaceful place to return to after busy days of sightseeing or checking out other beaches. Would highly recommend this house for a vacation get away. We already booked it again for next year. The only downside was my daughter ended up having an unexpected major surgery the day before we were to leave so my son and I are excited to be going back there again so she can enjoy the home like we did. Oh, and the little gifts left for us were greatly appreciated.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa in Turks and Caicos! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos - honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice.The location was perfect, just a quick 5 minute walk to one of our favorite beaches, which made everything so easy and relaxing.
