Windward House - 5 min from the beach!

  • Experience the magic of Turks & Caicos in this 4 bedroom house in Long Bay Hills just 5 minutes walk from Long Bay beach. A cool big open plan space that invites rest & relaxation to accommodate 8 people (stretching to 10 with a sofabed in the tv room). Ideal for a family with kids or a group of friends looking to relax. Open plan kitchen, dining, living and tv/play room. Enjoy the 15m lap pool as well as outdoor child/adult jungle gym with playhouse and trampoline. Option to additionally rent the studio annex - Loggerhead.

    The property is located on a 1 acre plot in quiet, green Long Bay Hills. The property consists of the main house (this listing), a large studio annex and a two bedroom duplex. The duplex is off the side and very private from the main house with it's own separate entrance and parking.

    The pool is shared with the other 3 guest houses on property, however it lies in front of and is "part of" the main Windward House about which you are enquiring. Only you will have 24/7 access to the pool and patio, which is out of bounds to the other guest houses from 7pm to 7am.
