The Space:
Dreaming of a getaway to the gorgeous Turks and Caicos islands? Let us welcome you to our charming two-story apartment, part of our grand four-bedroom villa just minutes from Long Bay Beach in Providenciales. Our villa is cleverly divided into three separate units, and you'll have exclusive access to your apartment with a private entrance—only the pool and parking area are shared if the other units are occupied. Nestled on a fully fenced lot surrounded by lush greenery, this home offers plenty of outdoor space, plus a fantastic enclosed pool area where you can relax when you’re not out exploring the island’s treasures.

Ideal for a small group of four guests, the apartment offers a relaxing haven where you’ll feel right at home. On the main floor, the sitting area offers a comfy L-shaped sofa, perfect for lounging, and the Smart TV is ready for movie nights. (The TV also has basic cable channels.) Next to the sitting area, there are sliding glass doors that give direct access to the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal of the day and includes a coffee maker for your morning brew and a blender for afternoon cocktails. The breakfast bar seats two, perfect for a quick bite or some laptop time (though we hope you’re here to relax!), and there’s a dining table to accommodate everyone for mealtime together. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet in the common area.

Each bedroom located on the upper level features a queen bed, an ensuite full bath, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a small balcony. There’s an additional half bath in the common area.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in select rooms, plush towels and some bath essentials (soap, shampoo, and conditioner) in the bathrooms, and lovely linens and soft pillows in the bedrooms.

Our villa is in a great location: it is just about a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from Long Bay Beach and less than a 10-minute drive from The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, groceries and more!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full and exclusive access to the two-story, two-bedroom main unit (apartment #1) within the villa. If the other units are rented, the pool area and parking are shared.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is in a great location, about a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Long Bay Beach (Access 1), where the Turks and Caicos Kiteboarding School is located. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, and more!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 14 km/9 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there are 2 parking spaces at the property.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our property is monitored by 24-hour outdoor security cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must climb stairs at the property.
- All guests of the property acknowledge the risks of using the pool and agree not to hold the owner or property manager liable for any injuries or accidents. Please take the necessary precautions and always supervise children in the pool area.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a gate code followed by a digital code for entry to the home. Before arrival, you will receive full instructions and all necessary codes.
