Perfect vacation

the condo was very nice and comfortable. We were six adults, for the future I think you need to supply more towels for the beach and showers. If you replace the ripped couch on the terrace, I think the condo would show nicely. We had a great 5 days!

Perfectly situated right on the beach

The condo is perfectly situated on the widest stretch of Grace Bay beach, walking distance (either down the beach or on the road) to everything. Condo is clean and well stocked. 3 bedrooms are separated from each other which was perfect for our all-adult family vacation. 5th stay on Grace Bay beach but first at this condo--we will be back.

Couples Getaway

We loved the property. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed access to bikes, kayak and SUPs. Grace Bay is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Carolyn was so responsive to all of our questions and helped us find a driving service to get around the island. I would highly recommend the Grandview and would stay there again.

PERFECTION!

Stunning accommodations! Very quiet and private; great location! Caroline and her family are so kind and hospitable! They make you feel welcome and comfortable. A couple of our favorite restaurants were Caribbean Element, CoCo Bistro and Magnolia Restaurant. Good American style breakfast next door at Pelican's.

Fantastic, modern condo located in the heart of Grace Bay. Perfect ocean front location! The condo was fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The host, Caroline, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely return again!

10/10 Our second time staying at this incredible property!! The condo is immaculate and had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and steps away from beautiful quiet beach. Nice gym downstairs. Amazing and peaceful

We have been to the island several times and this is the first time staying in the Grace Bay Area and I have to say we will be staying there from now on. The house was clean and amazing, the views from the living area and bedroom were breathtaking… you do not need to leave this property to get to the beach, walk outside the doors and right to the beach you go. A private beach at that. The water was so calm… the house had everything you needed! I will def be going back!

Wonderful vacation

A wonderful vacation made better by a great rental. We rented both of Caroline’s penthouse units for a family vacation. Caroline communicated well and the two units exceeded our expectations. The kitchens were both well equipped and we were able to cook multiple nights with ease. The location is perfect with plenty of dedicated chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas set up each morning exclusively for guests of the Grandview condo building. We will absolutely return. 10/10 stay

Stan and Caroline have been amazing to deal with. They sold us on a promise last year that the condo would be fantastic after a summer of renos and they delivered. The condo is clean, up to date and has everything we need. Travelling with two girls under 4 can be stressful and they ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. We will be back!

Perfection in Paradise!

We have been coming to Turks & Caicos for a family vacation for many years but only recently started to stay in one of Caroline’s condos at The Grandview and now we are totally spoiled. This place is beyond anything we could want for our family of five, including three adult children. Location, location, location plus so much more. Steps to the beach and a stone’s throw from Grace Bay Club. Walking distance to so many awesome restaurants and the grocery. The kitchen is huge and state of the art, and included everything we needed to make breakfast every morning and even dinner a few nights. And the bedrooms and accommodations are incredibly spacious, plus so comfortable and beautifully appointed. If you are looking for a high end, luxurious place in the perfect location, this is it! We cannot wait to go back.

Paradise

The property is in a fantastic location on Grace Bay. Ideal if you are someone who does not have plans to rent a car. All excursions we did involved picking our party up right on the beach in front of the condo. The walk to the beach was a short one on the boardwalk by the pool. The owner Caroline responded in record time every time we had a question. The views from the balcony of condo were canvas worthy. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Condo was a great size for our group of 5. Plenty of room for a few more people. House was equipped with utensils and pots and pans. I would definitely stay at this location again. 5/5 stars

We ended up arriving a day late due to air plane issues. We walked into a dirty and smelly condo to our surprise, since we were a day later than expected. I did contact the owner and she was very quick to answer. She did apologize and did everything to make up for this issue. She had someone there within minutes to clean the property. Once it was cleaned it was the beautiful modern condo as advertised on a spectacular beach and the views were amazing. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Caroline

FANTASTIC!

I was unsure when I decided to go with VRBO for our TCI trip, but we were over the moon!! We went ahead and worked with their concierge, Adeline, and she booked us for everything!! She was awesome with great response time and the activities we did based on her suggestions were family favorites! The airport pickup company was on time and we ended up utilizing Karly the entire trip to get us around the island. The unit itself was impeccable! The entire family had plenty of room to spread out and yet played cards every night together. Nothing wasn’t working, which was a huge! Plenty of dishware, beds were comfy, bathrooms were spotless along with washer/dryer that worked so fast!! Would definitely stay again! Oh don’t miss the hidden treasure in the garage: bikes, paddle boards & a kayak! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!! Owners were amazing too. Definitely went above and beyond for us!! Thank you so very much Caroline & Stan!!

Excellent condo, excellent view, excellent location!

We had an amazing time staying at this clean and conveniently located condo. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Many of the activities we could do right off of the condo’s beach. We rented a car but honestly could have done without it, unless you want to go to trunk bay or long bay or see more of the island. It is also a short hike to the reef for snorkeling so we drove there too. The condo provides a garage full of bikes, floats, SUP’s and kayaks. It was such a nice added bonus not having to rent and wait and then use “in the time frame” allowed, but rather enjoy them when we wanted to! We also enjoyed how spacious the condo was. Our family of 5 could spread out and not have to be on top of each other when relaxing. The deck/patio over looking the ocean was our favorite part of the condo. We ate our breakfast and lunches there with a crystal clear view of Grace Bay. One other thing I’d like to mention is how kind the owner is. We were going to try and swap our vacation dates because my mother passed the week prior to our vacation and Caroline was quickly willing to accommodate. Although in the end, we were actually able to go on the original dates, she was empathetic and kind. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you need to dine in with. One thing I would like to suggest is perhaps keeping some spices (salt, pepper, other common ones) on hand in the condo for guests to use. We are grateful to be able to stay here!

Magical time

Walked in and were immediately greeted with an awe-inspiring view. The apartment looks over Grace Bay and a white sand beach and turquoise clear water just a few dozen feet away. There's a pool but we didn't bother because you just walk a few extra feet into the warm and beautiful Caribbean. The condo is modern and beautiful. It is refreshingly cool after being out in the hot and humid environment. The beds were comfy and the upstairs bath is especially luxurious though we admittedly just used the hot tub on the property instead. We were able to make a number of meals in the kitchen which was nice so you don't have to eat out every meal. At least during our stay the other guests/owners were quiet and it seemed a respectful area. Felt very safe in the area as well. Would absolutely stay again! Caroline was helpful and responsive. Bikes were available to use and we used them a few times to go down to a relatively nearby supermarket (close to the Ritz Carlton a little less than a mile away) In terms of tips for Turks and Caicos vacation, if you aren't renting a car make sure you bring a good amount of cash because taxis mostly use cash and fare is always per rider even if all of you are going to the same place. The conch cab service was down. Had a blast going jet skiing but make sure you bring proper goggles or a mask and not just sunglasses. Highly recommend bringing some snorkel gear and getting a ride to the reasonably nearby Coral Gardens. So many tropical fish!

Chill Family Vacation

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in TCI. The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed being on the beach and relaxing in the beautiful water. Our teenagers liked having their own space to chill in and we had amazing fishing adventure.
