The Efficiency (Unit 6), is situated on a one(1) acre property, among lush, tropical foliage (some of the tallest palm trees you will find in TCI), on a property called South Fleetwood. Located in the heart of the tourist area...Grace Bay, South Fleetwood is only 150 steps from the 'award winning' Grace Bay beach, and a 5 minutes stroll to the Grace Bay strip, where some of Provo's finest restaurants, cafes, shops, spas, nightlife, water activities are located...perfect location for everyone! "Welcoming, cozy, romantic, special, tranquil and rejuvenating are just a few of the words that have been used to describe South Fleetwood."

It is the perfect location for families and individuals who yearn the typical island feel to their vacation. It is a laid back, and a refreshing break from all the glitz and glamour of the typical resorts in Grace Bay. It is an oasis, a true taste of island life...

Our units are set within a well manicured garden, filled with majestic swaying palms and a profusion of tropical flowers in a quiet, secluded cul-de-sac.
Enjoy the sound of waves, gently slapping on the shore, or the feel of the warm, tropical breeze on your skin while lounging, grilling, dining and relaxing by the pool, with a cocktail in hand...the choice is all yours.

The Efficiency is a 1 bedroom (double)/1 bathroom unit located on the second floor of the main building. It is 238 sq ft in size, with a pool view. It is a fully equipped living space, complete with some major kitchen appliances (no oven), and all the small ones, and is complete with all the kitchen gadgets, to make your stay seamless.
Complete with high speed Internet and cable TV, This vacation villa, is the perfect spot for everyone. It sleeps 2.
