Our 2nd stay at the Sands. We love the rooms and our favorite part about the Sands is the screened in porches. Those porches are honestly the only reason why we stay there. Hemingways the restaurant on site is great and the beach is gorgeous. The gym definitely needs improvements. Great hot tub and pools and the people that work there are very nice. We will be back!

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival. All of the staff were courteous and friendly. Hemingways restaurant on site was very good. The grounds of the hotel are very lush and beautiful.

I recently stayed at The Sands at Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos and had a truly wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful with pristine beachfront, well-kept grounds, and a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere that made for a perfect getaway. What really made the stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the team, particularly Shedna at the front desk and Sasha at the concierge. Shedna was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in through the duration of our stay, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. Sasha at concierge was equally amazing, knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful in her recommendations. She helped coordinate activities, dining reservations, and transportation with ease, ensuring we made the most of our time on the island. Her expertise and friendly demeanor truly elevated our experience. Overall, The Sands at Grace Bay offers not only a stunning location but also outstanding service thanks to staff like Shedna and Sasha. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos and would happily return in the future.

The proper grounds are beautiful with numerous quiet places to relax or read. The room had a spectacular view of a pool and beach! It isn’t peak season so it wasn’t crowded at all. We had breakfast and dinner at Hemmingways which is one of our favorite restaurants on the island. I love it here and can’t wait to go back!

Excellent stay!

Excellent and relaxing stay in the perfect location in Grace Bray. Walkable to all the major restaurants, staff is excellent and rooms are nice and spacious. Would absolutely stay again! Beautiful beach too!

Easily walkable to coffee in the morning, along with shops for souvenirs. Beautiful Grace Bay beach, well kept, helpful staff always around to help with chair setups, lots of beach chairs, wifi good and strong even at the beach, and parking was free at the hotel for our rental car. It was all perfect.
