Presidential suite is about 2,000 sq ft with private entrance upper apartment in big villa. Villa is located just 2 min walk to Grace Bay Beach and the best snorkelling on the island, Alexandria National Park. Master bedroom is 250 sq ft with bathroom (shower ,bath tub, double sink) ensuite and a walk in closet. Presidential suite is the whole upstairs with spacious kitchen and dining room and 2 lg sliding doors that open to balcony. Parking is available and free . Excellent space for a family or group of friends for 7.

Beautiful house a short walk from the beach

We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay here again in the future. Beautiful and comfortable with a lot of amenities. Hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had. Check in and it was a breeze.

great stay in Turks & Caicos

The property and all amenities was as advertised. We stayed in the 3 bedroom Presidential unit. The unit is very comfortable and functional. We had the new pool to share with another unit and that was appreciated. Example; The location of the property was great - 30 minute walk into town or grocery store or 30 minutes to Turtle Cove.

December Family Vacation

We were very happy with our stay at the Tree House. The property was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were thrilled to only be a couple minute walk from the beautiful beach. Although we did rent a car so that we could get to the grocery more easily. Also, we were so happy to get to meet and spend fun times with Ivan and Gena. Their family was so lovely! They were ready to help us in any way they could and let us know all the best activities for our visit. We definitely recommend staying at the The Tree House when visiting Grace Bay.

Family beach trip

Our family of 6 adults (parents and early 20’s-aged kids) enjoy our time the island. The hosts were very responsive and the home’s description reflected accurately. The home was spacious and the hosts provided beach chairs, toys and towels. While not directly on the beach, the walk was a quick 3-5 minutes. The bedrooms did have good AC and even though noted in description, the remainder of the home was without - the slight cross breeze and fans did help some but our family found the heat very uncomfortable inside. The property did have plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy.

The Treehouse Villa was a wonderful stay!

This cozy home provided privacy as you are surrounded by tons of wildlife. It has all the amenities you need and tons of indoor and outdoor space. With only a 3 minute walk to the beach it is a great vacation stay location. - Liza. The house was clean and well equipped. However, providing the laundry detergent and the dish sponges would be beneficial, because on the short vacation this is the last thing you want to think about. -Tanya It was a nice and simple place although, we saw hair on the bed. -Sophia The house was nice and cozy. It also was very close to a beautiful beach. There were a lot of mosquitos though it might not be the house's fault. -Steven The house was a short walk to the beach, had amenities that were appreciated (hair dryer, shampoos/conditioner/body wash, beach chairs, beach towels, hose at front of house to wash off sand), a comfy couch, and while there was no central air, plenty of fans and heavy duty air conditioners in each bedroom to keep cool. ~ Masha

We spent a week here with 6 of us and loved it. The home has everything you need and is in a great location. We had to get used to not having AC in the main area of the home, but we slept well with the cold AC in the bedrooms. We had a great time and look forward to returning to Turks & Caicos!

Good place to stay

The bedrooms are as described in the photos. Indeed there is no A/C in the common areas which we expected but the A/C in the rooms gets cold. The kitchen has all the necessary items to cook, which was appreciated. The pool is much smaller in person than it appears on the photos. I was aware that it was a shared pool but I wasn't aware that it was shared with the other "house" which contains a number of rooms so it is shared between a lot of people. We didn't use the snorkel equipment but there was tons to use in the laundry room . It is a short walk to the beach which was great! Unfortunately there was construction going on at the end of the road so a lot of noise at the beach and many workers walking by the property. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Definitely book it!

Family of 5 - parents and three young adults/teens - 21,19 and 16. The Treehouse Presidential Suite was lovely. The location is a 3 minute walk from the house to Grace Bay. The section of beach is very desirable because it is in a less crowded part of the beach. We spent every day at the beach and a few night we enjoyed an evening drink with beach chairs to watch the sunset. Gene and Ivan provide everything you need - beach chairs, snorkeling gear, floats and towels. The home has a grill, plenty of kitchen appliances for cooking and mixing drinks. If you are struggling to decide - book this place, you will not regret it. Close to coral gardens snorkeling, a short car ride to Grace Bay shopping and restaurants. It really is an amazing place. Gena and Ivan were great to us and treated us like family. 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to come back soon.

The location of the property was beautiful. Loved being close to excellent snorkling and beaches and close to the resort. However, we went in August and the listing stated AC. There was NO AC in the common areas. It was brutally hot in the livingroom, dining room and kitchen. The AC was running in the bedrooms constantantly, however the windows are not sealed well and let in hot air. On our first day there were 2 cockaroaches found, which the owner saw to sending an exterminator immediatly. The exterminator treated the ant infestation in the kitchen. Regardless, it was disturbing to start off our week that way. One bathroom that was adjacent to the room with 2 twins smelled awfully like sewage. The owner also sent a plumber to see to the problem. The smell improved after someone else came to open the window that could not open from the inside. However, the smell never fully subsided. The accomidations were good, furnished well. It could have used a better cleaning (barefeet ended up covered in dust and sand from day one.) The beds and linens were good. There was also no cable or satellite TV, only Netflix. The snorkling and equipment provided was great. Overall, we would not return and I suggest the owners clarify the AC situation on the listing.

This property is located about a minute from Grace Bay. It accommodated out group of 6 well (including two kids 11 and 14). It is well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. There is a shared pool with other units, though we never saw another soul at the pool the entire week. We would definitely stay again!

The Presidential unit at the Blue Tree house was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. We loved the large, open living area, and the porch was perfect for post- beach relaxing! The place is well equipped and the location is ideal - a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tree House Presidential Suite. It was comfortable and clean. Reminded us of a Key West cabin. Great for our family of 6. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the other activities we had planned during our stay. The porch was my Mom’s favorite spot and the grounds were very nice. Coolers, beach towels and chairs provided were a plus. If you are looking for a central location for your vacation, I would recommend.

wonderful place

We stayed at the Presidential suite. Great location, 2min walk to the beach, very clean overall. Spacious common area and master bedroom with a walk-in closet. This was our first experience with VRBO and it couldn’t have gone better. Ivan and Gina were fantastic hosts. They provided great information in advance of our arrival so our travel day was a breeze. The suite was perfect for our needs. The veranda was a great place to hang out after a day at the beach. Snorkeling equipment and beach chairs were high quality and convenient. Really appreciated being able to rent the car from the hosts - no waiting in long lines! We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, very comfortable home

The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. Clean and spacious, and in a private location. Roughly half the apartments in the ~1 acre tree-filled complex were occupied when we were there and no issues with noisy guests/residents, we felt secluded and had all the privacy we needed. We never actually used the shared pool as our kids were in the ocean at the end of the road every day, but it looked well-maintained and a gardener was often around tending. Bonus snorkeling equipment was excellent, especially since there are beautiful turtles on the reef just 50 meters off shore outside Windsong. The master bedroom is superb, very comfortable king bed, shampoo/showergel/conditioner provided, excellent en suite, and plenty of space. Be aware that the two additional bedrooms share a bathroom off of the twin bedroom, so if you have kids it's perfect, but if you had another adult couple, and a couple of kids with a full house, it would be awkward. There's a separate third toilet off the living room. Our favorite space was the deck area, heavenly sitting out there, staring out at the palms and chilling on the very comfy sofas. Plenty of comfortable seating indoors and out. Kitchen equipment was in excellent condition, including pans, crockery, glasses etc, which are often lacking/cruddy in other places we've stayed. BBQ was great. Host, Ivan, was excellent, very responsive. Looking forwards to staying there again! Strongly recommend.
