Fantastic stay on Grace Bay

Everything about Louise's property was perfect for our week long stay. The unit and amenities were even better than advertised. We particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach amenities (cart, floats, chairs). Short walk to the perfect beach at Grace Bay and very convenient to many great restaurants and shops. No issues using the included amenities at Grace Bay (beach chairs, pool, fitness center). We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect place for a Vacation

The location of the place is perfect and close to all restaurants and shopping in Grace Bay. The adjoining Ocean Club is beautiful and the staff was friendly. The kids absolutely loved the spacious pool and spent the afternoons there. The beach is gorgeous and having umbrellas and chairs made for an amazing time at the beach. The resort has a bar on the beach which was great for grabbing a drink and even a bite to eat right there on the beach!! The apartment had everything we needed: tennis rackets, beach towels, toys, floats which kept the kids entertained. It’s in a safe location and we walked to dinner every night. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Great home away from home

Great stay! Everything we needed was either in the condo or a short walk away. Beach was a quick walk and great pool area. Onsite restaurant has great sushi. Hotel staff were somewhat dismissive of people staying in the ‘plaza’ but it wasn’t much of an issue.Truly was a home away from home. Only downside was the balcony was overlooking the highway so we didn’t really use it.

We had a wonderful time. The unit is just as described and pictured. The location can't be beat -- just a short walk on a garden path to the pool and beach. Chairs and umbrellas were available so no need to carry anything but a towel and some sunscreen. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Just a short walk to dining and a food market. Overall everything was outstanding -- highly recommend this unit. We can't wait to go back.

Great Stay

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment provides everything we need to enjoy the beach. Its location is unbeatable. We got to enjoy all the good things about Grace Bay and Ocean Club West, without paying high resort price. Louisa is a great host and our communication is very smooth. Overall, we had a great time and will come back!

Clean and spacious

Communication and pre-arrival guidance with Louise was thorough and helped us settle in quickly to enjoy more of our vacation time. Great location in central Grace Bay and walking distance to most highly rated restaurants, supermarket and other conveniences. We had a great time in this spacious and spotless 2 bed two bath condo.

Beautiful island

Very nice time, having resort amenities was a huge plus. We were not in condo very often but to shower and sleep. Good location to grocery store and a few restaurants. We did not rent a car. Found awesome taxi driver who we used several times. Water was amazingly clear and beautiful. Locals very friendly.

Perfect in every way

We had an incredible stay at this rental! The location couldn't have been better - with access to a fantastic pool and beautiful beach just steps away. The condo itself was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We were delighted by the attention to detail and the seamless check-in process. It was also so close to many restaurants we were able to easily walk to. Our host was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway!

Clean, Quiet & Perfect Location!

Great stay! The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and retail. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet, and stocked with all the necessities. The resort pool, restaurant, tennis court, and beachfront were perfect for us. The condo is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the pool and 3 - 5 minute walk to the beach. Grocery store is about a 5 minute walk away as well to stock up on some food, there is a little convenience store across the street that sold beer/wine. We had a car for part of our stay and parking was easy & safe in the complex.

A Great Location

Our family of four stayed at this property for five nights. Louise arranged for taxi transportation from the airport to the condo which was perfect. The condo itself was lovely and had everything you would ever need while on vacation. The location was perfect as it was a close walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Louise was a phone call or text away and checked in with us during our stay. The property manager had a glitch with her phone service but was responsive via WhatsApp. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would highly recommended staying here.

Great location and unit

This place has everything you need, fully furnished, full kitchen. Less than 5 mins walk to beach, 7 mins to grocery store and restaurants. Beach towels, gym access and pool/beach lounge chairs. Never had to rush to get a seat and umbrella. Water adventures-snorkeling tour was pick up on the beach. Everything was very convenient. Louise was kind enough to set up a car ride from the airport which we used for the rest of our stay when we needed to get around.

Excellent Stay at Louise's Unit

We had an excellent stay at Louise's unit at Ocean Club West Plaza. The unit was exactly as described on VRBO and the pictures were accurate. The location can't be beat for the price. You are on the same grounds as the Ocean Club Hotel Resort, but you are paying half the price of the hotel rooms and you have your own kitchen. The location is walkable to just about anything you would need whether it be groceries, liquor store, restaurants, etc. Communication with Louise was excellent the entire time dating back to when we first booked our reservation. She was always extremely responsive. Our family would absolutely stay with Louise again. It's a truly beautiful island.

Fabulous location, close to everything!

This was my 14th time to Provo. I had never stayed in the Plaza but thought about it before. So glad I booked this unit for my “girls trip” with my friend from the UK and her first time on the island. The unit was spotless and extremely well equipped for everything we needed for a semi-self catering trip. We each had plenty of space and comfortable beds. We made huge use of the balcony and the morning sunshine for breakfast and having OCW amenities at our disposal was perfect. Louise was responsive and helpful as we prepared for our trip. I would HIGHLY recommend this unit!! Just not when I want to book it again, please!!

Great Place

The room contains a lot of amenities that need to be listed in a review. There are beach chairs, one umbrella, snorkel and fins and shopping bags in the closet. There are also inflatables on the patio. The refrigerator is large. The place is nice and clean. The location is across a street from two coffee shops, restaurants and gift shops. It’s only a 10 minute walk to additional restaurants and one market. 5 minute walk to the beach. The room is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. If you have any physical limitations, this may not be the best place for you. We enjoyed ourselves and would return.

A Tropical Paradise

My two teenage daughters, husband, and I stayed in Louise's lovely condo and truly had a magical time. The condo exceeded my expectations and was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The property was easily accessible to many local restaurants, shops, grocery store, and more importantly to the stunning blue water of Grace Bay Beach! The walk to the beach was easy and having access to Ocean Club West's amenities was amazing! Louise's condo was very clean and had everything in the apartment to help make it a perfect home away from home. Louise and the manager of the property were very kind and easy to communicate with. Louise helped to make the celebration of my husband's and my 20th wedding anniversary during our stay that much more special as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and hope to return to it again sometime in the future.

Amazing vacation property

Stayed at this property with my husband and 2 daughters aged 20 and 17 years old. We all enjoyed it and felt right at home. This condo is in a great area, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, and shares the grounds with Ocean West Club resort which is right on the beach. We were able to use the pool and tennis courts and best part is that this resort wasn’t even very busy so we never had issues getting a pool chair or beach chair. All beach chairs had umbrellas which was very nice, and have to say loved the benefits of having our own kitchen and washer and dryer! The condo is in very good condition, well kept and clean! We had cleaning service midway through our week, and she did an amazing job! Loved each minute of our vacation and wished we had more time there! Would definitely recommend this property! Owner and manager were also great with communication and answering all my questions! Would definitely come back and stay here again!
