Location is everything, and you have it here! This place work out well. The views from the deck and the front window are breath taking. You are in the heart of the town. Stated in other reviews, bring chairs for the deck and dont lean on the railing. The one thing you should know is there are alot of stairs. Dont over pack.
Great spot downtown convenient to everything and the town beach is across the street. Lots of steps to get into the Unit but overall a nice Unit. Loved the deck!!
Everything was great besides the a/c unit leaked onto the floor. The rug was very wet. I assume the previous guests forgot to empty the bin. Perfect location. Deck is fantastic.

Property had some issues.... 2 ceiling fans had parts about to fall off, bathroom sink stopper didn't work, some windows didn't open or couldn't adjust blinds, no ice cube trays for freezer, but mostly bad info/desc; ad said ample street parking which was exaggeration at best, overnight parking wasn't where it said it was and didn't warn it was $25 a night, and while it said it was 2nd floor condo neglected to mention that was up very steep stairs and once inside bedroom was up another very steep staircase. Instructions on where to get keys was lacking, didn't tell you where the lock box was and they weren't labeled so had to try them all until found one that opened with provided code. With proper info and a few fixes would be a good place.... GREAT location.....

The view and convenience of this unit is remarkable! It is literally in the center of town and walkable to absolutely everything. The unit itself is massive for a "condo" and it was useful to have 3 separate rooms massive rooftop deck for everyone to spread out. We had some friends visit for the afternoon and it was all a very spacious gathering space. The bed, futon and inside furniture was all relatively comfortable. We discovered a stackable washer/dryer that we didn't expect, but we didn't end up using it. There were only a few cons that we picked up on after we got there, but all mostly manageable. First, The other review's comments about the AC are all accurate. The AC in the living room/kitchen space is mediocre and the exhaust from it empties into the washer/dryer closet, which pushes warm air into the bedroom, so we turned it on and off all 5 days trying to manage it, but the absolute best AC is in the lower level with the futon. That one works incredibly, and it would be great to replace the other 2 upstairs with updated ones. The best cool air comes from opening the front windows on the street side. There is a good amount of air circulation and a cool breeze at night, because of the height from being up on the 3rd floor. Second, there is some patio furniture on the rooftop deck, but it's all very cheap and not always stable. There were 2 broken pieces when we arrived, but 1 lounge chair worked great. We thought to bring a few folding chairs that helped out.

Unbeatable location with incredible views and great space!
The view and convenience of this unit is remarkable and cannot be understated! It is literally in the center of town with incredible views of commercial street, the pilgrim monument and town hall (which are lit up at night) and walkable to absolutely everything. The unit itself is massive for a "condo" and it was useful to have 3 separate rooms + massive rooftop deck for everyone to spread out. We had some friends visit for the afternoon and it was all a very spacious gathering area. The bed, futon and inside furniture was all relatively comfortable. We discovered a stackable washer/dryer that we didn't expect, but we didn't end up using it. We intentionally chose this unit for Carnival week because of the views for watching the parade, OMG it was perfect. The front window has the best view of the whole parade, and we could even use the far corner of the rooftop deck to watch the parade from the opening of Ryder Street too, so we could casually walk between both areas of the unit to watch, depending on what we wanted to see. The front window also has a beautiful view of the bay and a small portion of the beach and we sat at the window as much as we could during our stay. Third, as everyone mentions there is no on site parking, which is still manageable. The parking lots behind the building are reserved for residents in other surrounding buildings but are not always in use, so we parked for a short time while we quickly unpacked everything and drove up the street to park in the Grace Hall Lot (paid) with only a short walk back to the condo. If you're able to ditch your car for most of your stay and like to walk around town then this unit is a really great choice. Fourth, the whole unit is carpeted and the carpets are in poor condition and stained in various places. Wasn't a problem for us cuz it was easy to walk around in flip flops and slippers the whole time unaffected by it. The kitchen is really useful, but does not come with enough amenities. We had to find an additional kitchen trash bag when our trash got full and had to purchase TP for the bathroom after the 1.5 provided rolls ran out (can be bought for cheap close by at a small convenience store). I recommend brining some plastic cups and straws for drinking, a few more ice cube trays to make your own ice and avoid walking to get it, an extension chord (it'll come in handy when you least expect) and if you have a 4th/5th person that wants their own bed BRING YOUR OWN AIR MATTRESS! I intentionally brought a brand new one because I wanted the 4th person to utilize the living room/kitchen space as an additional 3rd bedroom set up and i'm glad I brought it! The unit has a really old twin sized air mattress thats falling apart, but the new one we brought worked out like a dream and created additional sleeping space. Overall I would highly recommend this unit if you don't mind the low budget amenities provided inside and are an experienced traveler & packer. I was incredibly pleased to stay here and would absolutely stay here again, especially for the unbeatable location an...
We had no hot water for 2 days.
Customer representative of vacasas never called me to provide updates. I had yo call them back. We felt miserable not being able to shower.
Outside deck furniture were damaged and unusable. Deck rail on roof top were very loose and unsafe.

Property is in a good location and walkable to shops and restaurants.
Carpeting was dirty and in poor condition. Upstairs AC was unable to effectively cool the space making the area too warm for our comfort.

Better Than Advertised
The place is better than advertised! A first for me! It is quite spacious and worked well for two adults and kids. The AC is correctly advertised as partial. We suggest closing off rooms to use the AC and not turn on the one in the living room / kitchen (it’s exhaust goes into the laundry closet in the bedroom defeating the entire purpose of both ACs!). We figured that out first thing. The deck is incredible! Bring chairs though because a few chairs were broken when we arrived and the rest is old/not comfy. We sat on the deck in the chairs we brought every day and night. It was incredible and caught a perfect breeze! We’ll definitely stay again as our kids loved living half a block from the beach and above a candy shop.

Candy! Fudge!
This is a unique apartment. The location, the view and the price is unbeatable. I believe my family of four devoured 1/2 lb of fudge every night during Feb break.
This condo was exactly as described. You could not ask for a better location. The condo has 2 whole floors with two living areas, two televisions, complete kitchen. There is a huge deck that overlooks downtown Provincetown with views of the water and Monument. Shops, dining and drinks are right outside your door. There is no parking which was not a problem in December as we found a spot right outside the unit, but parking might be an issue in the summer. If you don't use/need your car while on vacation and you can find an overnight lot then you should definitely rent this place.

Wonderful Surprise
We must not have paid attention when booking this reservation - it was right in the middle of main street! Fantastic placement of our rental, but no guaranteed nearby parking to unload (which isn't a big deal for us). This lovely apartment had everything we needed and more.
The location is perfect and the property is great. We cooked in the kitchen and ate breakfast on the back patio deck every morning while planning our day. When it was time to venture out, all we needed to do is walk downstairs and we were in the heart of this vibrant community. I came with two children and was slightly nervous about my toddler on the deck but that’s no fault of the property.
Dirty, dusty. Water leek's over living room carpet.
Wrote few messages no one replied.
They offered $25 refund, what a Joke!!!

Great location in the heart of Commercial St.!
Location of this property is prime if you want to stay on Commercial street. Beautiful views of the waterfront, Commercial Street, and the very tip of Massachusetts from the bay window. You can simply sit in the window and be entertained! So close to everything, we found ourselves popping out multiple times a day just because we could. The building has been well maintained, however like most in the area, it is an older building. That said, compared to other properties on Commercial Street that I have stayed in, this rental is very spacious, all of the plumbing works well, and its in the perfect spot to rent if you want to be in the middle of everything but also, up away from it. Part of the rental is attic space so it can get very warm, but air-conditioning and dehumidifier were provided to remedy that.

This place is a dump
Two good points - Location and the deck. Otherwise the place is horrible. Old disgusting carpet and furnishings. Portable AC in living area with a hose dripping water into the trashcan that had to be emptied everyday. The guests before us did know that and the carpet was wet and stained. Furnishings were ancient and too gross to sit on. If I owned this, I'd be embarrassed to rent it in this condition. Only rent this as an absolute last resort and be prepared to stay in it as little as possible.

Wonderful Stay
It was a great find in the middle of everything! I would definitely recommend this place!
Great property! We fell in love with this place and booked it again for the end of the summer. Great location right in the center of town. The views from the deck are spectacular. Walk across the street to a small public beach. Lots of space in this unit- front bay window great for people watching along commercial street and bedroom strategically located towards the back of the property for a nice and quiet sleep.
Our family of four stayed for three nights. The space was much larger than we had expected, and well maintained and clean. The location is incredible. Right in the center of town, with a roof top deck, very awesome. You will probably find a rental in P Town with nicer finishes than this, but not one with a better location

Amazing
This place was so much more than advertised I am absolutely in love with this place amazing just needed a second set of keys and would have been even more perfect
Excellent location, quintessential views, awesome deck. A small hiccup with the keys upon check-in but property manager responded quickly and made things right. Tons of space and lots of light. Nice spot close to ferry pier.
This property is close to everything- restaurants, bars, shopping everything you need for a great stay in PTown. Will definitely try to book again next year!
Spacious beautiful rooftop apartment with amazing views and perfect downtown location! We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back!

potential, but poor info and some maint issues
desc didn't include that there were 2 very steep flights of stairs, ad said ample on street parking, but was an exaggeration at best (were approx 8 pay spots within 2 blks), and for overnight parking info provided was wrong, ended up being 4 blks away and costs $25 a night.... 2 ceiling fans had parts about to fall off, door to deck didn't have blinds so sun wakes you up early.... several windows had issues, e.g. wouldn't open or couldn't adjust blinds. With all that said if had been more upfront with actual info, and a little maint would be good.... great location...
