"Au nom de la Rose", Beau 3 Pièces en Centre-ville

  • Close to the train station, right next to the Saint Ayoul Priory, the Cultural Centre, the cinema, shops and restaurants, this 3-room apartment is spacious (75m²), bright and carefully decorated.
    The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a small old building with digicode, access is from the courtyard by an astonishing old exterior wooden staircase.

    The old charm of the half-timbering blends with a modern and comfortable decoration.

    The apartment is well appointed, it includes:
    - 2 real comfortable bedrooms equipped with 160 cm beds, good mattresses and practical dressing rooms to store your personal belongings and hang your clothes.
    The sheets are made of white cotton.
    - The bathroom with a large walk-in shower of 160 (too!)
    Good quality bath towels and towels, a bath mat, shower gel and hand gel are provided. (Hairdryer and toilet paper in the vanity unit)
    - The toilets are independent
    - The equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room from which it is separated by a very convenient island to have breakfast, snack for 2 or sit down with your laptop...
    You will find an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a combined microwave oven and even a plancha, as well as everything you need for breakfast: filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, juicer.
    Crockery, cutlery and everything needed to prepare a meal are provided.
    (Tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... paper towels, tea towels etc. are available in the cupboards)
    - A charming little loggia allows you to get some fresh air, have a coffee or smoke a cigarette (because this is not allowed inside)

Joli appartement situé tout près du centre ville, on fait tout à pied. De jolies choses à voir dont L' église Ayoul et son prieuré, a quelques pas de l'appartement. Et du parking gratuit.

Accueil glacial par une boîte à clés, tout comme l’appartement dans lequel il faisait froid.Le chauffage est géré par la propriétaire qui est apparemment très près de ses sous.Hélas, la douche et le lavabo étaient bouchés et le robinet de la cuisine entartré.Comme personne ne nous a présenté l’appartement, nous n’avons pas trouvé le matériel pour faire le ménage, ni la terrasse qui se trouvaient derrière une porte difficile à ouvrir.Attention si vous allez dans cet appartement, il vous faudra remplacer les 6 capsules de café, les 4 madeleines et quelques rouleaux de papier toilette, sous peine de vous traiter de voleur.Nous ne reviendrons plus!!!!
