"This is a nice motel located within walking distance of the BYU football stadium and the BYU campus. It shares a parking lot with another motel, and this one costs more because it's the better one, although both are fine. I like this place, I plan to stay again, and I recommend it to others. It's a decent place to stay. "

"Very clean property with good apartment layout. The kitchen was fantastic with everything you could need including coffee maker. Host was kind to provide complimentary bottled water and yummy snacks. Beds were large and the bathroom had good water pressure in shower with double bathroom sink. grocery store was within 5 minutes drive and neighborhood is safe. The only thing missing is a washer/dryer but there is probably a laudromat nearby. Would recommend this place if you’re visiting the SLC area. We were here for vacation so it suited our needs. However, if you’re here for business and need to go to downtown SLC a lot, this place is about 45 minutes to an 1 hour away from downtown. "
