"The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were very surprised not to find the microwave in the room. We were told that some rooms do have it and some don't. And that we should requests it when making the reservation. I wish it was more clear. They have the microwave you can use in the lobby though. The person at the front desk was VERY nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good too."

"This basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and just what our family needed for our weekend stay in Orem. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants. It's only a 10 minute drive to Bridal Veil Falls and 20 minutes to Thanksgiving Point. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was spacious, clean, and functional. The cabinet labels were helpful. We appreciated the washer and dryer and snacks. The seasonal decor made it feel like home away from home! "

"We stayed 3 nights. It was a nice neighborhood and close to BYU. Although it was in the basement the windows were large enough to allow natural light inside. We received 2 or 3 emails telling us what we needed to do to check out. Each one was slightly different than the prior one. So we did our best to leave it in good order. "
