Newly Renovated Mother-in-Law Apartment

This spacious apartment comfortably is the best way to relax while visiting the Provo/ Orem area. Professionally cleaned with all new beds, new flooring, new paint, and all new appliances (upgraded July 2021). Spread out and enjoy all three bedrooms of space including a King bed, Queen bed, and two Twin beds. The apartment has a private entrance and plenty of street parking on a quiet cul de sac.

Need more room? The apartment has a shared 'sun room' with a washer and dryer plus an additional 15 x 31-ft area for exercise, a play area, space for gathering, and a large backyard area with fruit trees and a large grapevine.

Big-Screen Smart TV and all areas are supported with lightning-fast wireless internet via a Google Internet system. No slow spots.

This property is located in an established neighborhood towards the end of a quiet cul de sac. Only 1.5 miles from UVU, 4 miles from BYU, and minutes away from hiking, biking, shopping, and restaurants.

Homey & Comfy

The property was as described on the website. Hosts were outstanding - welcoming, approachable & eager to help as needed. We appreciated the separate entrance to the mother-in-law apartment that had a walk-out backyard with apple & peach trees which the hosts let us pick & enjoy. The property is obviously older & there is evidence that a renovation project might be in the works which has the potential to make positive upgrades. We had oodles of bedding & a variety of different mattresses. Great location for our needs. We enjoyed out stay.

Roomy, comfortable, and clean!

This was a wonderful place to stay and in a convenient location. -Very clean -Hosts are so helpful and quick with responses and solutions to problems. -Beds were so comfortable! Highly recommended!
