Thank you for your feedback. We have a very powerful aerator on our hot tub that makes the water cloudy with air bubbles while the jets are running. We typically keep it set at the highest level because it helps increase water pH (which otherwise trends toward acidic due to use of sanitizers like Bromine). But I've adjusted them down a bit based on your feedback. Thank you for making the effort to provide feedback - we sometimes don't see things the way guests do because we own and lived in the house for so long. We are happy to have your perspective.

I'm sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. We have replaced the seating in the house common area. So it's a different fabric but the same configuration. As you can imagine, with a rental house that is in use 200 nights a year, we replace upholstered furniture or coverings fairly often as they get worn with use. We actually have two sets of many furnishings in the house so we can rotate things out to be deep cleaned if we can and replaced if we cannot. We are on the forest floor so we do allow what nature nurtures to thrive until we're sure it's a weed - so you will see Columbines, Aspen saplings, Fir saplings, Spurge and other natural stuff all over. If it grows up to be a dandelion we will pull it. I checked the locks and cannot find the one that didn't work for you. All our sliders have two locks on each door so they can perhaps be non-intuitive as a door may appear to be unlocked but - in fact - is locked. We replace screens on our sliding glass doors about 3 times a summer. As you can imagine, while we know where the screens are in our house, often guests do not and walk into them by accident. It's a few minutes to repair and we appreciate guests telling us if one is torn. We are always available and live near so we encourage guests to call is if it appears that something is amiss. Sometimes it is and we aim to remediate it immediately. I am sorry we were not able to do this to your satisfaction.

Anyone at Sundance this winter would be lying if they told you "Parking isn't a problem". Our flagstone parking area which is normally 30' deep and 15' wide now has snow piled 12' high all around the periphery. There just isn't any place to put the snow. So, I absolutely acknowledge that this winter, parking is less than stated - all over the mountain and in our yard. Sorry about that. But this is a cost that brings with it the benefit of having the resort still having mid-season snowpack at the first of April.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. The area that you're referring to that has changed was all damaged by heavy snowloads during the winter. We have replaced it with a new heated deck with a firepit and a new "shack" that can handle snowloads and simultaneously offers a new sundeck. Sorry the pictures haven't been updated yet. We probably will reshoot that area in the spring as we've already had snow this year which makes it harder to get good pictures. The hot tub and BBQ area have been improved by the new deck as well.
