"Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Schlafplätzen für große Familien, oder Gruppen. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Auch der Vermieter machte einen sehr freundlichen, sympathischen Eindruck. Diverse Renovierungen/ Neuerungen könnten mal vorgenommen werden. ( Grill, Bettwäsche, Halterungen Duschen…)Ansonsten definitiv empfehlenswert für größere Familien- bzw. Gruppentreffen."

"Der Kontakt mit Herrn Wieshayer war immer sehr freundlich. Er war immer ansprechbar und hat bei Problemen sofort geholfen. Wir kamen aufgrund einer Autopanne erst am Abend an, das war kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.Während des Urlaubs waren wir meistens den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben die Küche nicht oft genutzt. Es ist aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. "Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere 9-köpfige Großfamilie perfekt! Tip top sauber, ein sehr geräumiges Badezimmer oben und ein etwas kleineres BZ unten. Die geräumige Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar Spiele, Papier…. Wir hätten nicht einmal Mineralwasser oder Bier mitbringen müssen! Toller Service. "Absolutely lovely home in small, rural town about a 45 minute drive from Nuremberg. The house was clean and exactly as described. A family of 5 staying over Christmas, it was perfectly cozy! "The room was very quiet, even on the night that there was a huge, loud party going on in the ground floor restaurant and bar. We never ate in the hotel so cannot comment on that. Location in right next to the city hall on a pedestrian mall. No easy parking. Walkable from train station. Very clean and comfortable rooms. No desk staff until midday."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We knew it was an Ibis Budget when we booked so were expecting limited facilities as we have stayed with this chain before, but we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the stay. The room was compact, had facilities to hang clothing but no where to put other clothing this had to remain in the suitcase for the duration of the stay. Bathroom was great, lovely shower with plenty of hot water. No drink making facilities in the room but again we were aware of this limitation with the Budget chain so took plenty of water and soft drinks. It was a short walk from the railway station and there was a local bus that ran frequently to take us to the Festival Hall where we watched Wagners Ring Cycle, for the more energetic it is within walking distance and we chose to walk back each night which was easy. This is the closest hotel to the Festspielhalle if you are attending the Festival, however, this does mean that you are a little bit further from the centre of the town, but again walking is not a great distance and buses are available. The only quibble, and it is a minor one is that the room cleaning was not very great. The bathroom was cleaned daily, bed made, but the floor was not swept/vacuumed once in our 8 day stay. Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff worked really hard, big thank you to all the staff, reception and the bar were 24/7 so when we arrived after midnight we were able to check in and get a drink. Would recommend."

"Our stay was very nice, with only 2 issues which we truly were not pleased with. Paid for parking, but they have an issue with non-payers getting into the parking garage. Therefore, no parking 2 evenings in a row. Going back & forth, checking if a space was available. This was very unfortunate. The garage has a card key entry, but another could come in right behind. The easiest way is to have someone come thru hotel lobby, push the garage level button, without needing a card entry. Then person can get downstairs and open the garage door from downstairs. Frustrating for sure. The other issue, much less frustrating, no coffee ability in the room. Staff members were very nice, except for one who chose to count his cash box instead of trying to help with our parking situation. "
