Villa casaleoni for 2 to10 persons with private heated pool

House built in 2016, located in a very quiet environment with 1 floor on 800m2 of land completely fenced with a heated pool from April 1 to November 8 private 10 * 4. The house, fully air conditioned, has 4 bedrooms each with its private bathroom. We have equipped the villa with electric shutters and has wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob. The dining room and living room overlook 2 bay windows that allow you to enjoy the view of the pool. On the first floor there is a second living room with television and a bedroom opening onto a second terrace. There are 2 toilets in the house and an outside toilet. The covered terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen with plancha. Around the pool, you can enjoy the deckchairs on a very large relaxation area. We are located less than 3 km from supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery and 5 km from the sea. The villa is very well located to visit Corsica and discover the beautiful landscapes of mountains,
 its rivers and its long sandy beaches.

Wundervoll

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Lediglich die Anreise war aufgrund nicht ganz korrekter Koordinaten etwas schwierig. Danke nochmals an Celine, die uns geholfen hat!! Ansonsten alles klasse, ge, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt ist genauso wie die Besitzer es beschreiben. Es fehlt für den Urlaub an gar nichts. Wenn man es entspannt haben möchte und trotzdem nicht weit von der Stadt mit schönen Restaurants sein möchte, kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen. Platz ist für mind. 8-20 Personen

Sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Vor allem die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Der Aussenbereich ist grosszügig gestaltet, bietet Schattenplätze und einen grossen Pool. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Ostküste zu unternehmen. Eine freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Einziges "Minus": Das Tor zum Grundstück ist nicht abschliessbar und die Mauer ist so niedrig, dass man leicht darüber klettern kann.

Superbe, magnifique, parfait, les mots sont faibles pour décrire cet endroit ! Habitués à la Corse depuis plusieurs années, nous avons trouvé notre bonheur pour notre famille. Villa neuve très bien entretenue.La porte s'ouvre et la, c'est l'émerveillement. La décoration y est soignée.La villa est très bien équipée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Tout est pensé afin que nous ayons un maximum de confort. La grande piscine est juste magnifique. Situation idéale au calme tout en étant proche des commerces et de la plage. Merci aux propriétaires pour tout ces bons conseils. Un seul mot : Waouh!!! N'hésitez pas,je recommande vivement cette location. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Superbe séjour grâce en grande partie à la location. Il n'y manque rien!!! Très belle maison avec une déco très soignée, grande terrasse conviviale pour les repas, et très pratique avec sa plancha. Idéalement située pour accéder aux randos, aux vasques ou à la mer, que du bonheur. Seul reproche: on y est si bien qu'il est encore plus difficile de quitter l'Ile de Beauté!!

Quelle magnifique maison! Tout y est! Elle est idéalement située: proche des plages pour la farniente, de la montagne pour faire des randonnées. Et proche des commerces. La maison est très bien entretenue, décorée avec goût.(conforme à la description)..Les propriétaires sont gentils et très réactifs! C'est une adresse à retenir! Séjour parfait!

La réalité correspond parfaitement à la description, la maison est superbe, idéalement située dans un quartier très calme et permet de rayonner pour découvrir la Corse sans faire trop de kilometres. La maison est très bien entretenue, propre et très bien équipée pour la cuisine intérieure ou extérieure... Nous recommandons cette location et espérons revenir pour un autre séjour...

Maison neuve tout confort et super equipée, tendance à ne plus vouloir quitter les lieux... Intimité preservée avec nos amis, l'endroit est très calme et proche de tous les commerces. Nous avons apprecié la grande piscine et la cuisine d'été (super Plancha). Très bons conseils des propriétaires, la plage de Mignataja le matin, eau translucide et vue sur les montagnes, le defilé de l’inzecca, restaurant sur l’eau de l’étang d’Urbino, bref tout est rapidement accessible... Séjour parfait...

Excellente prestation !

Maison neuve spacieuse très confortable et totalement équipée ! La situation est parfaite pour visiter toute l'île et la maison est à proximité des commerces. La piscine chauffée est au top !
