"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!"

"Hotel a priori bastante bien, con unas buenas visras y piscina infinity pero que al ser invierno estaba bastante desangelado. Eramos casi los unicos clientes. Desayuno correcto y el servicio mejorable, no tenian claro si el pago de la habitacion estaba realizado y se nos cayó en la ducha el dispensador de gel (las baldas estan bastante mal posicionadas en el baño) lo cual se rompió y nos lo hicieron pagar. "Sehr schön ausgestattet und die Lage mitten im Dorf ist auch sehr angenehm und ruhig. Familier geführt, sehr freundliche Leute und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Allerdings gibt es im Raum kein Kühlschrank, Safe oder TV was für uns kein Problem war. Auch war der Raum nicht der sauberste da er während des Aufenthaltes nur alle zweiten bzw. dritten Tag gereinigt wird. Frühstück ist inklusive, dauert aber etwas bis es fertig ist. Alles in Allem Preislich ganz ok."

"The property is exceptionally quiet and a great break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hotel food was very good and reasonably priced. Cocktails by the pool were made well and not watered down like some resorts do. Luxury Bungalow was a good size bed was a huge king. I would recommend this resort, value for Money is good."
