"This was our second hotel in Vina del Mar so it was a different environment, close to the city center and the river. We checked in around 1:00PM and the staff was friendly and although we were early, they had a room ready for us. The room was a decent size, clean and had a view of the view and city. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a good stream and was hot. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety which was filling. There are a lot of decent restaurants in the area which we enjoyed. All in all it was a very positive experience and good value for money."

We did accidentally pack the hair dryer with us. Waiting to how see how you would like us to deal with the situation. will refer our friends to stay at your beautiful hotel."

"Great service. I could not find a parking space but Edward found me one behind the hotel parked my car in a tight spot when I couldnt do it. The staff was very friendly. Very nice facilities and a great view of the ocean. "
