"Carlos was great about communication! The apartment is at an excellent location in the heart of Puebla. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless."

" We stayed here as a family of three in a king room with a sleeper sofa. While the sofa bed was unfortunately uncomfortable—you could feel the springs—it was manageable for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Having a car rental on site was extremely convenient, and it was easy to get Ubers to and from the center of town, which was only about 10–15 minutes away. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Overall, a good experience, though the sofa bed could definitely use an upgrade."
