Perfect location

The property was beautiful, right in the historic center of Puebla. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and churches. But I wish the beds were more comfortable.

Very convenient location and nice room. The receptionist was very nice, but it was disappointing that after we checked out, the lady serving the breakfast wanted to charge us for using the bathroom in the courtyard.

Excelente atención por parte del personal del hotel, muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a apoyar. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero a media cuadra del hotel se encuentran 2 estacionamientos, el detalle es que cierran a las 10:00 pm, puedes dejar el vehículo afuera del hotel bajo tú propio riesgo y a las 07:00 am abren un estacionamiento para que guardes el vehículo y evitar que se lo lleve transito municipal. Solo tuvimos un detalle y es que en el patio del hotel se encuentra un restaurante que comienza a dar servicio desde las 07:00 am y las personas que ahí trabajan comienzan a barrer, limpiar y preparar los desayunos desde las 6:30 am aproximadamente y de pronto hacen mucho ruido y no dejan dormir plácidamente. Su ubicación es muy buena, ya que se encuentran muchos lugares cerca para la compra de recuerdos, dulces típicos y atractivos turísticos.

El hotel es agradable y está bien ubicado, te ofrece meramente lo básico para su precio, su bufet de desayuno está rico, la atención de recepción fue buena,estaba limpio y agradable para ir a dormir esencialmente. Algo que encuentro curioso es limitar a un solo jabón por habituación mínimo 2! , recomendaría que pongan un perchero o de los de rueda pq solo hay un gancho para colgar un solo suéter Pero dentro de todo fue una agradable estancia
